Cocoa Beach Club 232: n omistaa ylpeä 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', joka on Premium-rannalla sijaitsevien premium-loma-asuntojen suurin omistaja!

Tämä 1500 neliön jalka rantahotelli on kivenheiton päässä kuuluisasta Cocoa Beach -laiturista. Se on täydellinen paikka lomallesi. Remontoitu ylhäältä alas tyyliä ja mukavuutta ajatellen.

Astu sisään avoimen gourmet-keittiön keittiöön, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitiskit ja paljon luonnonvaloa. Sieltä voit astua tilavaan olohuoneeseen, josta on näkymät upealle rannalle, tai rentoutua vuodesohvalla katsomassa ohjelmaa valtavassa 60 tuuman Smart TV: ssä. Keittiön ja ruokasalin vieressä on kätevä jauhehuone, sviittipesulahuoneissa ja vaatekaappi, jossa rantatuoleja ja leluja, jotta perhe voi nauttia.

Olohuoneesta kävelee suurelle parvekkeelle, joka on itään päin rantaa, möiseviä aaltoja ja Cocoa Beachin laituria.

Yläkerrassa on kolme tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on iso taulutelevisio Smart TV -sovellus nautintoasi varten. Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa on kaksi kaksoset. Siellä on myös kuningatar räjäyttää patja, joka kiinnitetään seinään.

Huoneisto on erittäin keskeisellä paikalla aivan laiturin lähellä - ravintoloita ja aktiviteetteja kävelyetäisyydellä. On myös suuri lämmitetty uima-allas ja viheriö suoraan monimutkainen nauttia. Lähellä on paljon toimintaa ja nähtävyyksiä.

Vaikka luettelossa todetaan "ei hyvitystä", ymmärrämme, että asiat tulevat esiin. Jos joudut peruuttamaan varauksesi ja ilmoitat meille vähintään 30 päivää ennen sisäänkirjautumista tai aikaisemmin, emme veloita maksun jälkipuoliskolta.

I was very happy with this property. The three bedrroms upstairs were perfect for my son annd his family.I slept downstairs on couch whih worked well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was very clean. Had a little problem with the screen door and they had maintenance right there. Great area. Five minute walk from the pier. I couldn't get my teen out of the pool. It is heated and very nice. Great condo and a great vacation. Added bonus we got to watch a launch from the beach. So cool!!!

Excellent trip
This condo is perfect for the whole family! Its view is stunning. You can have toes in the sand in 2 minutes from the door to the beach! The pool is calming and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need. Also, the company is quick to respond to ANYTHING you may need! This is our second time staying here and we just love it!

Perfect location

An amazing stay!!
Oh boy, let me tell you about this amazing little slice of heaven! It was like a dream come true for my wife and me. We decided to give the VRBO app a shot for the first time, and were we blown away! We were searching for the apartment that had the most magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean the moment you step out on the balcony. This cozy little home is absolutely amazing! It's got everything you need to feel right at home, from a fully stocked kitchen to a convenient washer and dryer. And guess what? You're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, just a quick two-minute walk from your front door. Can you believe it? It's like a dream come true! The neighborhood around here is absolutely awesome! You won't believe the number of shops and entertainment options available. It's like a paradise for families! You can find everything you need to keep your family happy and entertained. Trust me, my family is definitely coming back to this place in the future.

Ocean front property with nice views from the living area. Issues with the living room TV not working and shutting off randomly but other then that it was a nice stay. Note: Narrow stairs to bedrooms so if traveling with a senior like we were it might not work

Fan in master bathroom was crazy loud and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. If it had been hot we would have been sweating our butts off. There is a sign that reads if the doors and windows were open the air conditioner wouldn’t work but we never left doors or windows open for extended periods of time. Soo there’s that.

Condo becoming a little dated inside, could use paint, wallboard repairs and caulking in showers. Location to pier, town, restaurants and beach were excellent. 1st class view of sunrise and rocket launches. Taylor, our liaison was outstanding as she checked in with us almost daily.

Paradise of the beach without the rat- race
Very nice updates to this somewhat aged property with the ocean at your fingertips. Great pool kept at a great temp if you don't want the pounding surf (also at a great temp! ). Perfect location across the street from a very well appointed shopping center with a Publix, and a nice variety of 4 or so eating places if you don't feel like cooking. The team who operate this property were top-notch!... keeping in good contact, assisting in changing our property when the original was going to be having renovations (which actually saved me a ton of money and got us into a much more pleasant atmosphere in the long run). They were EXTREMELY prompt and helpful with any question or assistance with all issues leading up to, and during our stay!!!

I loved this property so much that I inquired about purchasing a unit there permanently. I did not want to leave. The complex is the best part of my stay. It is small and quaint and not a lot of people. If the real estate market/prices ever lower, I will buy a unit here.

We stayed at cocoa beach club for a week at Christmas time. Really loved the size of the condo! Perfect for our family of four. Beautiful beach front location with awesome views. Pool was very well maintained. Communication with Taylor was great! Will be staying here again.

Mini family reunion
My sister and nieces came down from NJ for a mini reunion. We needed some relaxing and rejuvenating! We had the best time! We were very pleased with the unit we rented. The location was fabulous! We could walk to many restaurants. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. Zareh went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

Great Condo, Location & View!
Wonderful stay!! My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week. We were fortunate to have had the best weather ever, especially for the end of October (just missed Hurricane Nicole by 4 days!). As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the view from the balcony (second floor). It’s just a breathtaking view of Cocoa Beach! You are far enough away from the beach to have privacy, but yet you are close to it as well. We enjoyed observing spectacular sunrises, clear nights with sparkling stars and some ships out in the distance. The sound of the waves was very refreshing and relaxing to say the least. The condo itself is decorated as you see in the photos, very nice! The grounds are well manicured, along with a nice clean pool. We also had a carport which was close and convenient to our unit. Last but certainly not least, my contact, Zareh, was awesome!! Constantly checking in with me to see if we needed anything. He also let us know a rocket launch was going to take place (Falcon Heavy). Btw, great view of it from the beach (just north of the pier for best view, per Zareh, it was!). He was was professional, friendly and responded immediately with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked it again for next year… for two weeks. Thank you Zareh!!!!!!
