Easy and fun!
We had a very comfortable stay at this home near Sanders Beach. We walked to the beach everyday...only a couple blocks. The home was well equipped with everything you need to do laundry, make meals, and rest well. Added bonus was the Xbox for the kids and teens. They only used after a day at the lake but it was fun since we don't have this at home. Nancy was great host....accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing vacation. Close to downtown, food and shopping too!

Charming home, perfect location, delightful hostess
We had a wonderful experience renting this property! Nancy, the owner is wonderful and provided us with games and puzzles for the kids upon arrival. The location could not be better - we were steps away from the park, the beach and the downtown restaurants and shops. The house is immaculately clean, beds are cozy and includes every kitchen amenity necessary. This home made for a fabulous experience in Coeur d’Alene.

Came for a wedding with our grown kids. Great location, able to walk to downtown CDA. Plenty of parking. Beautiful house with everything we needed. Owner contacted us before arrival and was available if anything came up (nothing did). Was a great stay!

Top of the line! So comfortable and charming. Linens and towels were an upgrade from the standard which was very much appreciated. A fabulous welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived and the neighborhood is walkable and lovely and quiet! You will love it!

Amazing!
This is an absolutely stunning home with spacious rooms, very clean, modern and most of all pet friendly. The home is in the most perfect spot in town and we did not realize how wonderful it was until we arrived. Five minute walk to great dining, shopping and scenic views. There is also a nature trail that goes for 2 miles around a small part of the lake. Not only did the dog enjoy this but we did as well. Even got to see a bald eagle. We will definitely rebook the next time we visit.

Perfect Cottage in CDA
This cottage is located perfectly to any beach, park, food and shopping! Our family of 3 had more than enough space to spread out and relax. We came up for a 10k/marathon and were within minutes of the park where the event was held. We got to enjoy long beautiful walks to the beach and through the neighborhoods. We will definitely be returning. The sweetest part was arriving to a very thoughtful welcome basket! Nancy was great to work with and was readily available for any questions or needs.

The house has a great location close to the lake and Tubs Hill. The house was a perfect match for our family. Nice large open kitchen, three bathrooms, secluded back deck was nice to have some morning coffee and enjoy watching the deer grazing in yard across the alley. Overall a very nice property.

This home is brilliant! We didn’t want to leave. Nestled in the prettiest community and within a 1 min walking distance to Tubbs Hill with scenic trails and beautiful Lake Coeur D’Alene, and 3-10 min walking distance from parks, beaches and downtown. Nancy is a host who genuinely cares for comfort...providing soft fluffy towels, crisp white sheets and a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home and when asked, she was very helpful with recommending things to do and places to go! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Spot
The property was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean and beautiful. We brought two other adults and two small children. The enclosed back yard was a plus as was the short walk to the park. Great place...we would stay again!

Nice neighborhood
This house has potential - but the living room furniture is awful! It is old, dirty and very uncomfortable! The master bed was ok - the queen bed was pretty rickety. It is run by a company rather than an owner, so pretty sterile. If the living room furniture was replaced with something comfortable this could be a nice place to stay!

Amazing Location!
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is just a few minutes from the freeway and really easy to find. It is easy to walk into town and that walk, through the park and the lovely neighborhood, is beautiful. The free ranging turkeys that wander the area are quite a site. On the way to the house, there is a grocery store and liquor store (also within walking distance). There was plenty of room for all six of us and we discovered the bed had a fold-out couch so if we had additional people there would have been room. The only teeny tiny thing is the beds are pretty hard but that is to be expected. If I travel to the area again, this will be my first choice for a place to stay.

Sister week 2018
My sisters and I get together every two years for sister week. This year we choose to come to Coeur D Alene for our get together. The house was wonderful! We accidentally locked ourselves out one night and Grace sent someone over immediately. We would defiantly stay here again. We leave having wonderful memories of our week together in this beautiful house! If I could give ten stars I would!

We’ve been coming to CDA for 15 years - best house yet! Has everything including great location - quiet residential area by Tubbs Hill and Sanders beach, walkable to everything and a great binder with everything you need to know. Exceeded expectations for sure!

Wonderful front porch, location, and owner
Spacious house, quite lovely, fantastic location, and the front porch is wonderful. We did have a few issues on the first day which the owner took care of right away. We stayed cool and comfortable in the house on hottest days of the year. Couple of things to know. The bedrooms are all up a long steep flight of steps. We had hip issues in our group, so it was a problem. The yard is not "spacious" as advertised - although the house borders a wilderness area so it was cool to see turkeys and deer . We had planned on an activity based on the spacious yard and had to re-think. Also the "well stocked" kitchen wasn't. Glass of wine on the front porch was our favorite thing.
