Bellerive on Coeur D 'Alenen halutuin rantayhteisö Spokane-joella.
Tässä kolmannen kerroksen huoneistossa ei ole näkymää joelle, mutta siinä on kaikki odottamasi ylelliset mukavuudet, mukaan lukien päivävenelaiturin ja kuntosalin käyttö. Riverstone-kehitystyössä sijaitseva hotelli on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Starbucksista, elokuvateattereista, ostosmahdollisuuksista ja monista ravintoloista. Myös 24 mailin Idaho Centennial -pyörä- / kävelyreitti on muutaman askeleen päässä. CDA-keskusta on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, josta löydät CDA-lomakohteen, pyörä- / venevuokrauksen, venesataman, rannan, ravintoloita, ostosmahdollisuuksia ja paljon muuta. Sijaitsee 3 minuutin päässä I-90 FWY: stä. Käyttöösi on myös neljä polkupyörää ja kypärä. Kaksi pyöristä sopii lapsille.

Yöpyminen venevuokrauksesta on vuokrattavissa Boardwalkin venesatamassa, joka sijaitsee CDA-lomakeskuksessa. Päivittäiset telakat joen rannalla sijaitsevassa huoneistossa ovat ilmaisia.

Beautiful condo great location
The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location with several dinning and shopping locations within walking distance. The centennial trail is within walking distance of the condo as well. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday getaway
Beautiful facility, clean condominium, has all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. The complex is iin a great location, great scenery. There are 2 restaurants steps away located next to the lake to allow for an exceptional view of the lake. You won’t be disappointed. Downtown is only a few minutes by car.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our wedding weekend stay. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pictures showed a view from the balcony overlooking the water and this condo faces the street. But, otherwise, it was perfect!

Long weekrnd
We were here for a long weekend. The property is well located and within a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was extremely clean and probably the most well kept of any Vrbo I’ve stayed at. We had a little difficulty getting in but not because of the instructions. It was more due to our very late arrival. Arriving in the day would have been easier! Beautiful condo.

This was a second stay at Riverstone and we could not have been happier with our choice of this beautiful condo with a great view and quiet nights conducive to a good night's sleep. Loved our morning walks on the Centennial Trail and choices of restaurants within the Village. Close to the Interstate and downtown Coeur D Alene.

Beautiful condo!!
Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

Only One Fault
This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!

In typical VRBO marketing, the picture shows condo on waterfront, but mine had parking lot view. Owner very grouchy about giving us entry instructions, and 3:00 check in is too late if you have early morning arrival

This place was amazing. It looked nice on-line, but was even better in person. Such a well kept property in such a great location. We came to check out the town and ride bikes. My eight year old twins lived it and want to come back. Thank you for sharing this place.

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable as we were able to visit with friends, relax on the deck, and enjoy close proximity to bike paths and eateries. We found the parking garage to be easy to access and the bikes "ready to ride" were a wonderful resource for us to explore. Highly recommend this property, as we take priceless memories from our stay at this Coeur d'Alene property.
