Äskettäin rakennettu yksityinen asunto. Kaikki sisätilat ovat upouusia ja erittäin päivitettyjä, upea laatta kylpyammeessa. Mittatilaustyönä valmistetut kaapit. Kaikki uudet huonekalut ja elektroniikka. Vuodesohva, jossa mukava taitettava patja parisängyn lisäksi. 2 yksityistä sisäänkäyntiä

Fantastic Little Place!
We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!

Quiet get away
Loved this property in quiet secluded area. The host, Tom, was great. We had questions about the area and he was very knowledgable. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. When we arrived Tom had the heat on and ready for us. This was a great place for us to use as a base for our activities. We’d love to stay here again Tom.

In town for a wedding and communication with Tom was excellent both before and during our stay. He kept me updated on the status of my options for arrival day. During the stay he quickly resolved a couple of minor things. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the neighborhood.

Amazing stay in Rathdrum!
My husband, son and I all stayed at this property for a friend’s wedding in Hayden Lake. The studio was exactly as described and did not disappoint. It was perfect and had all the amenities of a hotel. Our host, Tom, was so kind and always willing to answer any questions we had about the area. Great spot, great host!
I stayed here while visiting family in the area. The rental was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything I needed. The host was friendly and had great suggestions for local restaurants. It snowed pretty heavily during my visit and he made sure that the drive was cleared and everything was as safe as possible. Will definitely visit again when I come back!

My husband & I have now traveled to all but 3 of our beautiful United States.. This was our first VRBO so we did not know exactly what to expect. We were so thrilled when we opened the door to a spacious, clean, and well maintained apartment on 5 acres of also well-maintained property. Tom and his wife went over and above to see that we had water, sodas, snacks, and condiments for our needs and pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen was also well stocked. The bathroom (love the shower) had all that one could want or need while traveling. Thank you Tom & JoAnn for making our first VRBO spectacular. Checkout was a breeze too. Great communication at all times. Will definitely contact you if we are ever up your way again. Best always.
