A villa with a view
This little villa on top of the hill has breathtaking views, cool breezes and a perfect plunge pool. There are great spaces to gather a group or have some private time. We loved cooking in the outside pizza oven area. It’s a windy drive but with it. Bravo! Ciao.

"Mein Sehnsuchtsort"
Der Urlaub fing mit zwei wunderbaren Tagen an, Ende Oktober nich 25°C. Da ging es ab zum Strand... Unser Haus,mit den tollen Terassen war für uns,für die paar Tage ganz toll. Was wir alle feststellen mussten, dass einige Dingedie Jahre gekommen ist.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht
Das sehr saubere Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Es steht auf einem ausserordentlich grossen Grundstück mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht. Der Gastgeber und sein Verwalter haben sich sehr um uns bemüht.Einzig die Zufahrt ist mit einem grossen Auto recht schwierig.

Total schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cogorno sehr genossen. Das Haus bot für sechs Personen genug Freiraum und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Das Haus war vollkommen super ausgestattet und hatte alle notwendigen Details, um dort zwei Wochen zu verbringen. Das Haus ist etwas rustikal. Den einzigen Punkt, den man bedenken muss, es ist sehr weit oben auf einem Berg und unser Auto hatte nicht genügend PS, um die letzten Meter hochzukommen. Jedoch gab es auch dafür direkt eine super Lösung. Gerne wieder :)

Tolles Haus mit großartigem Meerblick
Wir waren im August in dem Haus mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kindern und hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und sauber. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Pool mit Außendusche, Wintergarten, Tischtennisplatte und Außenpizzaofen, was wir alles rege und gerne genutzt haben. Allein der Meerblick morgens und abends auf der großen Terrasse ist die Reise wert. Lediglich in den Zimmern des Obergeschosses haben unsere Kinder gelegentlich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Das Objekt wird sehr gut und freundlich von Ksenja und Mattia betreut und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Beautiful view
We stayed for a week and enjoyed every evening we spent in the villa. The view from the terrace is probably the best you can get in the area. During our vacation the contact with the hosts was very easy and they catered to our needs as quick as possible. Both Genova and Cinque Terre are about 45 minutes away by car and make for a nice trip, so overall 10/10 would stay again.

House with a spectaculair sea-view
The house was beautifull and it has enough space for multiple people. There is a lot of outside space, with a lovely small-swimmingpool and cold shower to enjoy during hot days. The view is unique with the sea infront of you and Portofino in the distance. Our dog was able to walk around free, because the entire garden is fenced. Chiavari, the city that is close to the house, is a lovely hidden treasure that you should visit. To have the spectaculair sea-view, there is a daring drive up the hill, but you get used to it, and it’s worth the view from the house you get. The service around te house is very friendly and helpfull when you’re in need of something. All in all: we had a lovely Italian summer in ‘Il Cin’.

Spektakuläre Aussicht
Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem netten Kleinod verbringen dürfen. Der check in war ebenso wie der check out völlig problemlos. Der Anfahrtsweg ist hier schon mehrfach beschrieben worden, wenn man den Weg mehrfach gefahren ist, ist es nicht mehr so aufregend:-) Die Aussicht zum Meer und über Cogorno und die Bucht von Portofino vor allem am Abend beleuchtet war spektakulär. Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts, jedoch müsste einiges erneuert/ renoviert werden. Sehr hilfsbereit war unser Nachbar Matteo, als wir uns abends aussperrten. Unterm Strich würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderbares Haus
Schönes Haus in toller Aussichtslage. Wer italienische Zufahrtsstraßen kennt, kommt auch mit dem Weg zum Haus gut zurecht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Raffaele war wunderbar. Vielen Dank auch an Skenja und Matteo. Leider war das Wetter ein wenig unbeständig. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr schön. Mille Grazie👍❤️

Splendid house with beautiful view

Entspannter Famielen Urlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Toller Außenbereich mit Grill/Pizzaofen/Pool/Tischtennisplatte- alles was man für entspannte Tage draußen braucht. Wie öfters geschrieben liegt das Haus sehr abseits und die Zufahrt ist eng und schwierig, daher überlegt man sich 2x das Haus zu verlassen. Am Besten Proviant mitnehmen und das Haus und den phänomenalen Ausblick genießen.

Tolles Haus im Grünen mit spektakulärer Aussicht
Tolles Ferienhaus für ruhige Tage. Die Anfahrt ist nicht ganz einfach, aber die spektakuläre Aussicht entschädigt für alles. Das Haus selbst bietet jeden möglichen Komfort und besitzt so viele Nischen und Nebenräume, dass sich auch bei einer grossen Feriengesellschaft niemand auf die Füsse tritt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus vorbehaltslos für jeden und jede Italien-Liebhaber und -Liebhaberin.

Totale Entspannung mit schönstem Ausblick
Wenn man man die enge Einfahrt nach den Serpentinen geschafft hat, möchte man am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg! Wir haben fast jeden Tag 10 Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen, sind einmal nach Sestri Levante in den Porto Bella, der seinen Namen zu Recht trägt ( Eine Zeitreise in die 50er Jahre ). Entspannung pur, unerreichte Privatsphäre abgesehen vom Katzenbesuch... ;-)

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Bei Problemen (Schlüssel im Haus vergessen) war innerhalb von 5min Hilfe da, und es wurde geholfen. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Auch noch eine Mail vom Vermieter mit wertvollen Tipps, (Restaurants, Bäcker usw.) bekommen. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Delighted about the house, the view, the service, very nice experience at the levante coast
We stayed with our family in the week of 2 sept 2023 and we would absolutely want to come back to this house and this place next summer. The house is clean and well equiped as described, with enough space for a small group. The terraces are very nice with a breath taking view over Chiavari & Lavagna and the medit. sea. You could look all evening to the sunset over Portofino just from the side of the pool. One minor point: staying one week is not enough. ;-) Friendly welcoming and great service is arranged by the owner in case one has questions. Always fast response and very helpfull!

Es war alles wunderschön. Das Haus bittet alles für die Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Einfahrt für grosse Autos ist sehr kompliziert, da die Strasse sehr schmal ist. Es braucht viel Mut und Erfahrung um die Strasse zu fahren. Sost ist man sehr schnell am Strand und Restaurants. Viel spass gehabt.

Ferienaufenthalt Cogorno Ligurien 1 Woche
Das Anwesen liegt hoch über dem Dorf Cogorno. Die Strasse ist sehr schmal und teilweise gefährlich beim Kreuzen. Dafür ist die Aussicht einzigartig. Das Anwesen hat wunderbare, grosse Bäume mit Zikaden. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill und Tisch ist sehr schön. Dafür ist der Pool sehr klein, man kann kaum schwimmen. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und hält, was es verspricht. Die zuständige Person war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, als das Wasser einmal nicht funktionierte. Zum Meer braucht man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Smooth check-in and check-out to the residence. Good communication with the landlord, friendly. Nice pool where the children swam all the time and the adults too. Good barbecue facilities and pizza oven which we took advantage of. Good, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely surroundings and large plot, beautiful view. Good parking for the cars on the plot. Perfect accommodation for big family (we were seven).

Relax con vista mozzafiato
Ottima accoglienza, casa molto bella con piscina e vista da togliere il fiato. Proprietario molto cordiale e gentile. Struttura e giardino molto grande oltre ad essere completamente recintata (ottima per chi ha animali), arredamento molto curato e apparentemente di nuova dotazione. La salita (difficoltosa ma non impossibile) per raggiungere la struttura ripaga ogni dubbio. Wifi attivo. Dotato di molti elettrodomestici e accessori. Soggiorno veramente gradevole e consigliato!!!A++++

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus, atemberaubende Aussicht
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Viel Platz, sehr gute Ausstattung. Pool und Pizzaofen waren unsere persönlichen Highlights. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht bei einem abendlichen Rotwein…unbezahlbar. Kommen gerne wieder.
