Luxury 2- Bed Caravan in Mersea Island Colchester

Enjoy our caravan located in stunning Colchester. The caravan provides unsurpassed guest facilities, with attention to detail throughout this luxury caravan has it all to offer. If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this Caravan is your perfect destination.
With partial Seaview, a stone throw away from the beach and on-site there is a small launderette, onsite shop and clubhouse with an indoor/outdoor pool, kids entertainment and activity's.  

As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer , a microwave and air fryer.


The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This Caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 also has an additional sofa bed so you can sleep 6 .
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with a double wardrobe, with a unique Juliet balcony with double doors that open up with partial sea view.

The second bedroom contains a two single beds and a wardrobe.


There is 1 spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Linen is provided to make your stay more enjoyable, (Towels are not included so please bring your own towels).


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

Pets allowed at the property with prior permission (surcharge of £10 per pet).

Mersea island  (lots of fun things to do on the island)

Take a walk to Cudmore grove country park -At the eastern end of Mersea Island, at Cudmore Grove you’ll find a sandy beach, impressive views, grassland, kids playground meadows for relaxation and walks that will take you past interesting historical sites and an abundance of wildlife.

Mersea island boat club - includes activity’s like water absorb course  paddle boarding, we now offer kayaking, windsurfing and sailing.  

The Little Beach Hut Company - makes a trip to the beach a day to be remembered by providing you with your own pretty little hideaway by the sea, equipped with all you need to eat, drink and play at the beach so you can have a hassle free, fun day without lugging half your home with you.

Mersea Barns - is a new addition to Mersea.  Opened in March 2019, on the site of the old Pick-your-Own, Mersea Barns is a café restaurant and shop offering high quality, freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, teas, coffees and cakes.  You can also got take aways and snacks.  There is a decking area with outside tables and a spacious garden with a kids play area and sand pit.

A GREAT DAY OUT TO WALK AROUND THE ISLAND - 
For those who are physically fit and able to do so, it is a great day out and a great achievement! Some start in the centre of West Mersea Village and met the beach at the Two Sugars Café on Victoria Esplanade or stop off for a picnic in cudmore park. so much to see and to on your travels.

Boat trips - sail the Blackwater River, the Crouch and the Colne, and black water river based in West Mersea, giving  the taste of sailing these beautiful waters, creeks and fleets amongst the salt marshes of the Essex coastline.
