The room was spacious and well priced. Staff were courteous and prompt. The only issue we had was the heating of the room. Neither the thermostat to the heater nor the electric fireplace seemed to produce heat. Frustrating.

Nice and Clean Hotel.

This was a nice Hotel for our two night stay. The staff are friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. It had a small armchair, but it was fine. The amenities were all modern and there were lots of desk lamps and receptacles. The shower even had the 3 dispensers. Our room although had a view of the dirty loading area of the Home Depot next door. There was a free continental breakfast, that was pretty well stocked, but no hot breakfast. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

Everything about the hotel was alright, but we did have some TV issues. There was also a booger in the washroom in the wall which my husband and I thought to be unappealing. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a convenient location

The property itself was absolutely spotless! The rooms modern and spacious with Mini fridge and microwave. Surrounded by retail and dinning options all within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting Collingwood.
