There are numerous cycle paths: over 1000 km of marked routes, allowing you to visit the surrounding area, characterized by rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.
For golf enthusiasts, there are various courses nearby, where, thanks to the particular mild climate, influenced by Lake Garda, you can play all year round.

The flat has access from the main staircase of the Villa, from which an internal staircase leads to the second floor of the Historical House. It is on one level. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room leads to the master bedroom and its bathroom.
