Yksi alueen merkittävimmistä kiinnostavista kohteista on Pikes Peak. Aja Pikes Peak Parkin sisäänkäynnin portille on noin 15 min. Ajaminen vuoren huipulle voi viedä niin pitkään tai lyhyeksi kuin haluat, riippuen kuinka paljon aikaa haluat viettää ottaen näkymät toiselle puolelle oleville suurille Kalliovuorille ja toiselle tasaiselle tasangolle. Oikeille seikkailijoille voit patikoida ylöspäin Barr Trailistä (13 mailia) Pikes Peakin huipulle. Barr Trailin tukikohta sijaitsee myös Manitou Springsissä vanhan Cog-rautatieaseman vieressä (ei enää käytössä).

A step above most VRBOs
Perfect! It was a step above most vrbo had the essentials you needed at the house. Shampoo soap dishwasher detergent paper towels toilet paper etc. and even a welcome package with snacks and brochures. just as the pics look that is it.So much room. 12 of us. The kids played in the basement while the adults were in the living room. Everything you possible needed in the kitchen. Down to pretty platters for Christmas that I used for appetizers and desserts. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous home in CO Springs
We had a lovely stay at Bill's home in Colorado Springs. The house is beautiful and in perfect condition, and the view off the back decks are incredible. I can't recommend it enough!

Our Second Visit
This was our second time to use the property and we all enjoyed it as much as our first. There was generous space for the nine of us, the kitchen is wonderfully furnished and there are many things to occupy time while at the house. Our grandkids looked forward to seeing wildlife on the property.

Great house and great location!
Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids had an amazing week at this rental. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, grilling and using the smoker, eating and playing games at the large indoor and outdoor tables, and looking out at the lights over Colorado Springs from the balcony at night. It was conveniently located to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Royal Gorge railroad, and Pikes Peak, and you can access great hikes from the front door. This was a perfect place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to groups or large families.

Family Vacation
The house was just like the photographs on the VRBO website. There were plenty of paper and plastic ware in the kitchen for dining and most of the utensils needed for cooking. Soaps/shampoo and hairdryers in each bathroom and more t/p and paper towels than you can use in a month. We did have one small problem, but William had his maintenance man out quickly to take care of it. The view from the decks is awesome day and night. All of the family enjoyed everything about the house. The grandkids especially liked the basement area where they could play games. We would recommend this house to our friends and, if in the area again, we would rent it again.

Great Family vacation
Our first trip to Colorado Springs was a huge success! This property is magnificent! I can’t say enough good about it. The views as you walk in the door are fantastic. The outdoor area is just as spectacular as the interior. We had a dozen people here and never felt confined. The kitchen was huge and stocked better than any VRBO we stayed at…no extra running out for toilet paper or paper towels.. you could spend your time having fun. We cooked in more than usual because it was a delight and there was plenty space for the 12 of us to eat outside and nature. Even the nights were pleasant with the firepit on the upper deck..toasted marshmallows and s’mores… the house even had skewers! The location was amazing… everything was close! The owner gives you a great welcome letter with lots of information to make things easy. We hiked in north Cheyenne Canyon & drove to Helen Hunt Falls, spent a great day in Manitou Springs, can’t miss Garden of the Gods!, went to Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, walked the Broadmoor, don’t miss the Penrose Heritage museum on the Broadmoor grounds. There were plenty other places we just didn’t have time for. Highly recommend the area!! We lucked out for restaurants too! All these places sat 12 of us at a time, and food that we would go back for and not too far from the house. The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, Phantom Canyon Brewery, Aspen American Bar and Grill, Colorado Mountain Brewery, Pannino’s The home owner is great to communicate with.

Best Way to Experience Colorado Springs
This property exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do. The views from the balconies were amazing, both day and night. The house was well appointed and very clean. My family, which included teens and children, enjoyed having their own space (there are three family rooms in the house). Communications, while not needed, where quick and clear in setting up the trip. We would love to come back and visit again. We highly recommend to others.

Beyond Expectations
3 out of 4 of our kids moved out of state so we used this as a central meeting spot to have our kids and their littles gather for a nice family get together.. From the minute we drove in the driveway we knew it was going to be perfect! The host thought about everything when stocking this beautiful house! It is perfectly located for everything we had planned. I highly recommend this house and the host was great at communicating and helping with anything we needed. We would definitely return if our lives ever brought us back to Colorado Springs.

Perfect for our family. So incredibly close to the Broadmoor where our baby got married at. We love the area where there is so much to do. This is a great house for the family to chill in or if they need individual space it accommodates that as well. Deer are very prevalent in the neighborhood. Every evening there were 3 in the yard. My grand babies loved it. Down the street we saw a baby bear. So close to the zoo. Also soothing bells tolled from the shrine which was pretty cool. We identified the house from the Broadmoor. Pretty perfect!

Best VRBO in Colorado
I can’t imagine a better place to stay. We absolutely loved the place, there was everything as advertised plus more. Views were incredible from the house and even better a short drive to the top of the mountain (right outside of the neighborhood). Close to town but felt like a private retreat. 5 stars!

This house is amazing with great views of CoS, a lot of space for everyone, the kitchen is big enough to accomodate several people at a time. It's up in the Cheyenne Mtn area a short distance to the Broadmoor Hotel. Close to all the things there are to do in CoS. I totally recommend it for large families.

Best trip I’ve been on!
My family and our friends stayed here for a softball tournament and the house made our trip even more memorable and comfortable! The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing! I would love to come back again. There’s so much to do in Colorado Springs and surrounding towns we always had something to do. Staying in the Broadmoor neighborhood is a must because it’s central to everything. Grocery store close by and convenience stores. The kids absolutely loved the basement here. The porches were huge and we dined outside every evening. There’s so many animals in the neighborhood to see! Can’t wait to go back :)
