We are located on a quiet neighborhood street a couple blocks from the East side of Patty Jewett Golf Course, the third oldest public course west of the Mississippi built in 1898, has been city-owned since 1919. East Colorado Springs is the fast-growing East Colorado Springs is lively and outdoorsy, with multiple hiking and mountain biking trails, and open spaces such as Palmer Park and Nancy Lewis Park. Along with big malls and shopping strips, the area is home to breweries, laid-back pubs with live music, and a diverse dining scene. The nearby Peterson Air Force Base has a museum with exhibits showcasing the district's military aviation history.
