Glacierin kansallispuisto on vain 15 kilometrin päässä!

Talossa on neljä makuuhuonetta, neljä kylpyhuonetta, uusittu keittiö, olohuone, pelihuone, baari, pesutupa, iso piha, BBQ ja piknik-pöydät. Flathead-joki on 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta metsäreitiltä, joka tarjoaa täydellisen uimareunan, kalastuksen, lintujen tarkkailun, joen putken kelluvan, ja rauhallisuuden. Vaellusreitit joen varrella ovat ulko-ovesi ulkopuolella. Lapsille on olemassa leikkipaikka, jossa on vanha koulurengas. Runsaasti villieläimiä, kalastusta, perhosia ja sudenkorentoja.

Not what we expected
The neighbors and host were very friendly but so many parts of the house are not pictured and outdated. There were no lamps or outdoor lights, no laundry baskets, musty smells, creepy statues lurking in the dark, dead bugs and rust in tubs, discolored carpeting, loose floor tiles, hand writing on walls, jacuzzi hot water issues, low toilets with flushing trouble, no access to three garages, and many aspects needing updated. The home was ready early with beds made plus fresh towels and we enjoyed it being close to GNP etc (25 minutes and not 15 as depicted) with a nearby river through a trail, but overall it was not the luxurious stay we expected for the price we paid.

All bedrooms were up a series of stairs. This should be more evident in the information and pictures There were areas where construction was not finished and many items would not have met code. The DVD did not work The area location was very nice and the atmosphere was quaint

Good place for family.

Great base to explore glacier country
The host, Kim, provided a very thorough local "guide" email a few days before our arrival. This was very helpful to ensure we got the most out of our stay. The property itself had plenty of space for our party of 8 adults, the neighborhood is very quiet, and there's plenty of wildlife to watch from the living room window. We really enjoyed the property's take a little, leave a little bar policy. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances.

Fun place, just far enough out of town.
Having a washer and dryer was so nice. The house was clean and the location was quiet and convenient. There were fun little surprises around each corner. We drank from goblets and met a knight in shining armor. It was a great memorable trip!

place was great everything I needed and much more. I literally was a king in a castle. great bed very comfortable place loved the tower most unique place I've ever stayed. Highly recommend this place it would be great for large groups its huge.

The location is pretty much halfway between Whitefish Mountain and Blacktail ski resorts. We are planning a return trip in the summer to visit Glacier National Park. The house was comfy and quite unique. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Fabulous and unique home
We used the Moon Palace as home base for our time at Glacier National Park. The fishing spots close by were tranquil and the people (and dogs) in the neighborhood were friendly. The home was nicely stocked with kitchen tools, towels, soaps, beach chairs, BBQ, washer/dryer and everything was in working order (except for a lightbulb or two). We travelled with 6 people, including teenagers, and everyone had their own space. There was plenty of room to spread out and the home was cool and comfortable. The decor was eclectic and fun. My kids enjoyed the throne and the suit of armor! The home was clean, yet there were some bugs that entered. Bugs are expected around a home that backs up to the woods though. We enjoyed the morning and evening visits by deer in the back yard. Very peaceful. Kim's communication was excellent and she was very helpful with navigating travel in the area. I recommend this property for anyone who is up for a unique adventure in a beautiful piece of America.

Worst stay in last 15 years of using vrbo
Easily the worst property we have stayed in. Overrun with bugs inside and outside and the kids found the interior decor to be spooky. We spoke with the owner about our concerns and no action was taken. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Horrible neighborhood horrible value
Property is not accurately reflected in pics, house has carpet stains all over, smells like grandma smoked in it for 40 years with her pets. If you are into chains and wrist cuffs hanging from the ceiling, bad neighborhood and old nasty, this is one for you. House needs to be clearly represented in the photos which I would say is missing quite a few pics of many rooms. Rented for 3 nights, arrived and left within 15 mins. No refund of booking charges. Seems like a rouse.

Perfect location!
While the home is dated, the location absolutely could not be better. We had a group of 5 adults and the home did fit our needs. Tubing the lake was amazing, and the location from glacier couldn’t have been better. Given what is available in the area, we were happy with the home.

A work in progress
This place is a Vrbo work in progress. Kim is clearly working to make it a castle on the river but its not quite there yet in my humble opinion. Pros: We loved the location of Moon Manor. The open park outside the backyard is really nice for kids to play in. Loved the river trails surrounding the area. The neighbors were very welcoming and kind. Loved the kitchen space and bar area (although a fridge would have been nice on that level). The updates on the first level kitchen are really cool and welcoming. Cons: Not the cleanest Vrbo I've stayed in. Namely the bathrooms... We had to clean out every tub before putting our kids in them because there was hair and whatnot in them. Also just wads of hair and grossness in the corners of every bathroom (perhaps not Kims fault but a better cleaning service would help the cause) The kitchen is not well stocked. For example, no strainer, 4-5 actual forks and the knives are dull at best. The third floor room in the castle is not complete. The bed is comfy....the rest is a work in progress. Overall I would say that the property is cool but certainly overpriced given the cleanliness and incomplete nature of the 'Castle' Itself. Kim has been a responsive and cordial host for sure but I would have appreciated a better understanding prior to renting it that it is most certainly a work in progress.

Great house for a large group near Glacier Park
Had a great stay with our group of nine. House was exactly as advertised. Air conditioners worked great! Access to the river was great though the levels were down a bit. Great place to have quiet BBQs and access activities in Glacier, Whitefish, Kalispell, and the surrounding area.

Good location with safety issues
We loved the location of the property but there were some safety and health issues that should be addressed. The house was infested with bugs and mice and the thresholds to the various rooms were not covered so all of us ended up getting our feet cut from carpet nails and staples. (This was after we took off our shoes as we were requested to do by the owner.) There was only one smoke detector in the entire structure going up to the 3rd floor, tower bedroom. Had there been a fire in the kitchen under that bedroom, there was no way for the people sleeping in that bedroom to get safely to the ground because the only outdoor staircase went up to the roof of the tower. Finally, the 2nd floor deck rails (off the bedrooms) have too much space between the deck rails and the walls so that small children could slip through the opening and fall to the ground from the 2nd floor. I would hope that the owner would fix these hazards.
