Excellent Hosts
The home and property was very clean and accommodating. The whole process from booking, check-in and checking out was very seamless, not one problem. The host promptly responded to any messages and was extremely nice to work with. We had no issues while staying here. Great place to stay if in SC for Fort Jackson family day and graduation as this place is about 6 miles from Fort Jackson and has a nice spacious lay out for the family and soldier to come back to, to relax on graduation day and spend some quality time with family.

Great Place to stay
All in all, great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean and well stocked. Communication was great and on time. Only thing we ran into that could be an issue was the temperature on the second floor of the house. With the AC on it would be 67 degrees downstairs, but much warmer upstairs. Thankfully it was cool enough still at night when we stayed to open the windows, but I could imagine in the middle of summer it might be an issue (unless maybe window units are installed in the hotter months).

Comfortable home with nicely outfitted kitchen. Very quiet area during our stay. Nice sleeping rooms all with memory foam beds. Lots of big TV's! Close to Univ. of South Carolina and many restaurants so ultra convenient. 5 Star Property.

Peaceful neighborhood close to campus & stadium
Our host was great & very attentive to our needs. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood conveniently located to USC campus & the football stadium. Big back yard with grill (which we never used) is perfect for chilling out with your guests. I would try to get this house again the next time my travel plans bring me to Columbia!

Nice South Carolina stay.
We were in the area for a basic training graduation. We had a great stay. Kevin was helpful and kind. He came over quickly when we had trouble getting into the house due to dying batteries in the pin pad. He changed the batteries and we had no other issues. The location was on a quiet street and was easy to get to locations like the museum, zoo, and fort Jackson.

The place was very neat, clean, and full of needed supplies towels, water, trash bags, paper towels
My overall stay was excellent. House was very nice and clean in a very quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and secure. I have stayed in many homes and none can compare to this one. I never stayed at any home that had a refrigerator full of ice cold water and snacks of your choice. They had dishwashing liquid, detergent, bleach and all neccesities of life. The only thing different was we were use to staying in homes with a pool but we wasn't on vacation but there for an army graduation. I would definitely recommend staying and booking with them again. Kevin was our host and he was awesome. He welcomed us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I can honestly say Kevin was the best host that I have ever came in contact with. Thanks to him for a pleasant stay!!!

Book this for a quick getaway
This was a great overall quiet spot. Kevin, the property manager,, was super cool and gave me the run down of the house and the check-in/out process before I got there the day before. It was very clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. They had full linen areas in both baths, which included handsoaps, soap bars, liquid body wash, shampoo, etc. All the necessities. The kitchens for these spaces are normally not stocked with the necessities but this one was. Enough cookware and utensils for at least 10 people, a keurig with coffee pods, brand new microwave and stove, basic seasonings, laundry room with detergents. Everything I needed, they had. Will likely book again. Con- this area is downtown near the University of South Carolina. It's truly not a con for me as I have 5 children and what you would call a "loud house" but I want to be transparent for other travelers out there. As I said, I was not bothered by it but there will possibly be some noise on the weekends i.e; parties/college students. Let them be if no bad is going on. College is hard enough.
