Jackson, tämä talo sopii kaikkiin tarpeisiisi. Koko talo on täysin kalustettu. Keittiössä on kaikki välttämättömät keittiövälineet, kattilat, pannut, astiat, jotka sinä nimit! Olohuone on loistava paikka rentoutua 50-tuumaisella Roku-älytelevisiossamme tai saada nukkumaan ja nauttia mukavista muistivaahtovuoteista, hienoista lakanoista ja kaikista hotellin mukavuuksista ilman hotellihintaa tai yleistä oleskelua. Very adequate
House was in a good neighborhood and adequate. House could have been cleaner. Previous pets left behind hair and dog food. Not a bad experience but not the best. I give a 4 star overall

In town for USC graduation events. House was the right size for the number of guests we needed to accommodate. Location not too far from graduation activities so worked for a short weekend stay.

Fishing retreat
The home was just as it was listed. Very clean , a little aged but perfect for our stay. Wish the parking situation was a little better for fishermen and their boats but i definitely qould stay here again. The team was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. House was nice and clean too

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. We took our dog for walks and enjoyed the back porch. All the rooms were comfortable and everything we needed was provided.

Convenient location and great neighborhood
Size and layout of house and property was convenient and met our family needs. Concerns/fixes were reported to house manager, such as patio screen was torn and falling off of patio, air vents needed to be cleaned. House manager was responsive to our concerns which was much appreciated. Check-in process was efficient and easy, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Shower and laundry amenities provided which was helpful for our short stay!

Tubing on the Saluda River
We had a last minute change of property as their was a problem with this house but patriot homes called and gave us an alternate house which was close enough to our Tubing location. talked to a representative on the phone and she got us set for the change of houses all went very well. The house we stayed in is a little dated and in need of some TLC, but was spotlessly clean and met our needs for a large group close to downtown Columbia thanks for your prompt action in setting up the new location.

The Groovy Green Getaway was Sublime!
The house is located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Lots of mature trees- able to enjoy the outdoors in the backyard, which is fenced in. Really felt like it was away from the city, but yet was only 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. There is a beautiful park, Saluda Shoals, about a mile away, which has paved walking/biking trails along the river. The owners are attentive and provided ample towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towel. You can park your car in the garage, which was really handy for loading and unloading.

Spring Break Stay
We all had a great experience staying at the house. There was somethings that needed to be fixed. I let the owner know right away. Communication with the owner was very good. He got back to me as soon as he could. The neighborhood is very quite. I would rent this house again.
