Willing to try again.
The hotel itself is adorable through and through but our ro had some hair ties under the radio alarm which was found when we plugged our charges in and there was a bag from posh something just on the floor by the desk leg. My husband thinks the breakfast was low grade but it was said multiple times it their off season so we have hopes in stating again that it would be better.

Beautiful, quiet boutique hotel. The hot breakfast was a great addition. Please note that the classic king rooms do not include a mini fridge or nespresso machine as listed on Expedia. However, there is a coffee machine in the lobby and an ice machine on the 4th floor.

I would have rated 5 stars except for a couple of things. For being the most expensive hotel in the area, the breakfast was average at best. Also, there is no pool and the room we stayed had no furniture with drawers to store your clothes for a multi day stay. Hotel is visually stunning but it's located in an industrial area away from the main downtown attractions.

Very nice hotel
Very nice old building, former mill, that was restored and turned into a hotel. Welcoming lobby with friendly staff. Large, quiet and updated room with comfortable bed and modern shower. Located on the river with a nice riverwalk. Attractive restaurant/bar on premises ($$$) where you can view old mill equipment. Nothing else within walking distance but short drive to downtown area. Decent breakfast included. Would stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

Great Stay
This is a unique boutique hotel. It is fairly new and a renovation of the oldest mill in Columbus. We were happy to see original floors, brick, beams, etc. The bed was super comfortable, excellent shower, and we could not hear anyone else on our floor. The entire hotel was very quiet. It was a huge plus to walk the riverwalk! We will return.
