Perfect for location
I use this property for a two month stay in the area while working on a project. It was a perfect proximity to so many areas, but just steps away from the charm of uptown. This literally became a home away from home. This definitely should be chosen for the fact that it has a parking spot whereas most of the rentals in the area only have street parking.!

Safe Stay For Travel Work!
I stayed for 5 weeks for work/school, and it was in a nice safe neighborhood where I could walk to coffee shops, the library, and places to do work! Everything you need is close by - Kroger (5 min), gyms (5-10 min), Walmart (5 min). There is laundry access which is super helpful for washing dirty scrubs in a pinch too :). There is a small table inside I used as a desk too. Overall, it was just right for my stay! I’d say for a long stay 1-3 people maximum is what you could comfortably fit in there for as long as I stayed!!

Great location
The unit is the perfect location in town. Walking distance to restaurants and Otterbein. The weather was warm and the unit was very stuffy. Only 1 AC unit in the bedroom. That’s pretty much the only downfall. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had essentially anything you would need to cook a meal.
