Review of property in conyers
Overall good stay. Description of house was accurate. Pool was great and clean. hand towels in the kitchen would have been nice as well as a starter kit for coffee - no toiletries provided (I.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Those are just pluses I understand but for a large home and cost of stay it would have been wonderful to have those.

Nice Home! Comfortable stay 😌
Overall the house is really nice! Spacious with comfortable beds and clean. The pool and deck were great and the kitchen was a great gathering place for our family. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and overall it was a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to get some more big pots and clean the ones you have as the pots and large utensils on the counter weren't very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

DO NOT UNpack - You will be evicted!!!!
The property was beautiful. It did have a few minor flaws: 1. No instruction manual on how to operate equipment. 2. Outdoor furniture need cleaning 3. Extra Batteries for remotes would be nice as well as light bulbs But The kicker was 2 days after we arrived. The Rockdale County Code Enforcement advised us that our beautiful vacation rental is in a county that HAS BANNED SHORT termed rentals. So we, embarrassingly, invite guests with a Big RED sign posted on the Front door "STOP WORK" The neighbors were (understandably) unfriendly, unwelcoming and down right rude. To make sure you have a fun, stress free, lack of embarrassing vacation please don't do it in Rockdale County if you plan to do a vacation rental.

This rental was in the perfect location, everything we needed was directly across the street. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. Our stay was only for 2 days so we didn’t make a big deal about it however I was a little disappointed. With updated furniture, routine maintenance (light bulbs) and a deep cleaning this home could have great potential.

Family vacation
We love the house and pool. It's so close to shopping/ grocery area. The house was very roomy but could use a comfy chair in the living room. All but 1 of the beds have nice thick mattresses. The pool was great. The only downsides were no umbrella for patio table and no lounge chairs by pool to lay on. Also the water in the first floor showers was luke warm/ didn't really get hot.

This was a very disappointing experience.
This was a very disappointing experience. Before I booked the property I asked if the problems with the bed had been remedied and they assured me they had, when they had not. There was no working icemaker. There was broken glass right when you came up to enter the front door, a broken step when going to the upstairs.

Communication with the property owner was great. The home is very big and beautiful but the cleaning crew could’ve done a better job preparing the home for our arrival. If you have people staying in this home who are plus size, you may want to know that the beds are really low and not strong at all. They are pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. The pool is nice but beware that there is a drop from about 4 ft to 8-10 ft. The neighborhood is fairly peaceful. The home is near lots of stores and restaurants. Overall, the home is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

pros: comfy beds, clean spaces, & very accommodating for a lot of ppl. good location for food & convenience stores, great neighbors. cons: no full body mirrors, lots of ants around the pool, couple bugs in bathroom near garage, also think it was bed bugs in second to back room due to a friend having bed bug marks on body.

The Master Bath had dead bugs and hair in the shower. The kitchen floor by window s was DIRTY. Also, Master Bed top sheet had stains on it. The rest of the house was very clean. Pool needs chemicals to make water clear.

Excellent Accommodations!
This home was a beautiful place to stay for our week in the Conyers area. The owner was very responsive to any issues that came up. New Internet service had just been upgraded before our arrival and had not been set up correctly by the Installer. Someone was out within a few hours to fix it and we were good right away. I highly recommend this home for a stay in this area and will plan on renting again when we come back.

Nice property quiet community
This was a great quiet get away. PROS: nice well kept property, management was great to work with in addressing our issues. Counyers is a very nice town with access to everything you need. Please check out Nana's chicken and waffles. The pool at this property was the highlight. It was very clean and relaxing. The house is very spacious as the 5 of us found privacy when needed and then was able to come together for dinners and game nights. Beautiful kitchen and appliances. CONS: The only complaint we had were the beds. They all came equipped with foam matress but no box springs. If your "big boned" you will feel the boards under the matress, which is not comfortable for the back. Some of use rather had been on the couch. The master bathroom shower could use some grout work. The main bathroom was really nice tho! The upstairs shower didn't work but management took care of it right away. OVERALL: I enjoyed my stay. 25 minutes from Atlanta. We experience the Coca Cola factory and the Aquarium. They were both awesome! Tanger Outlets are about 20 mins from the property, which provides a nice scenic drive into the country side (use Waze). If the beds were upgraded, me and family would definitely be back to this property.

Great house, not that close to ATL (45 min)
The house was fantastic; very well appointed, plenty of space. However, the property description is a bit generous with how close it is to the airport and the rest of downtown areas. At various times of the day and night with minimal traffic impacts, if any, it took us an average of 45 minutes to get to the airport or the city.

Great getaway
My daughter and niece were attending a soccer ID camp in Conyers. The house was very comfortable for our family. The girls enjoyed being able to swim after a long day at camp. We would definitely rent this property again.
