Stay close to the baseball fields and close to town, but far enough away to relax in a house that's on 1.25 acres.

It is a small home out in the country. An excellent base for visits to the surrounding area. The Fire Flys put on a beautiful show every evening, sit outside on the back porch for the best view!

Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen size beds.
There is a loft space outside of one of the bedrooms that has a day bed, with a pull out underneath as well.
1 shared space with a sofa.

The home can sleep 4-6 people.

ENTRANCE TO THE HOME IS THROUGH THE RED-ORANGE DOOR.

Included in the home is a full kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 smart TV (includes Disney+, ESPN+ , Hulu, & Netflix), wireless Internet, a front and back deck, and many other amenities for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are on premises in the common utility room that has an entryway at the rear of the house. Fire Pit, BBQ, & lawn games are included as well.

Perfect Cooperstown Dreams Park rental
We have stayed here 2 years in a row while our kids play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s only about an 8 minute drive and super easy to get back and forth. We love staying here for all the space we have! Everything we need is here! Hosts are always very responsive. We’ll be back!

Convenient cooperstown location
Stayed here with my family while my son and husband stayed in the barracks. 10 minute easy drive to dreams park, beautiful serene setting which was nice to come back to after a long busy day at the fields. We had a great time.

We stayed June 24/27, 2024. We were there to watch our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown Dream park. This little cottage was just perfect for us. Great, quiet location away from the crowds and only 15 minutes from the park. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for a Cooperstown visit
We loved this property. It is a quaint house with a lot of character. My husband loved to sit on the porch and listen to the birds’ morning chorus. We were visiting for youth baseball and it was a short drive from the fields, which was very convenient during rain delays! The owners found out my son (and husband) were into collecting pins and left some a special ones on the porch for us one night! We would totally recommend this rental.

We were in town for Dreams park baseball and this was the perfect place! Location from the field was just under 10 minutes. It accommodated 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly! Vanessa and Colton are amazing hosts. My father and I love their property…It’s beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for while my son was playing for the week at Cooperstown All-Star Village. We were just under 20 minutes from the complex and had plenty of time in between games to head to the house to cool off and enjoy the peace and quiet the property has to offer. The ease of check-in/check-out process made the trip all the more enjoyable. We even had the pleasure of meeting the both of them. Highlight of the trip, joining Vanessa for her Goat Yoga….SUCH AN EXPERIENCE!
