The staff were all fantastic, pragmatic and chilled out. The room was a good size with a great shower and fantastic view of the water. Would go back for those things alone.

Great receptionist. Very expensive restaurant. Location is 15 minutes walk from Nyhavn, so great location. A bit of an awkward layout. Receptionist good, other staff needs more information about layout.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I was given an upgrade to a large room which I appreciated. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is on an island and rather secluded, especially at night. The famed Freetown Christiania is barely ten minutes away and there are many coffee shops nearby.

Nice stay, cute room, helpful staff

We stayed 5 nights at 25Hours Hotel Paper Island. The location is just outside of the city, but it's very walkable to both the Metro (Christianshavn) and into the city (Nyhavn). Both were about 15 minutes walking. The room was good for a couple and had a great view of the Opera House. The bed was very comfy. The staff was quick to respond to requests, very welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice in the morning (bread was delicious). We would definitely stay here again or try the other 25Hours in Indre By.
