Features: Two full bedrooms upstairs, one queen one king; private bedroom on lower level next to family room, which has a large TV; Radiant in-floor heat; Vermont Castings woodstove provides nice fireplace - plenty of wood furnished; hiking and XC trails abound in beautiful sugar maple forest. Three baths: one with tub and one with shower, one powder room. Washer and dryer. Visit the micro-hydro to see this novel renewable energy system.

Property has many perennial flower gardens visited by birds and pollinators. Small pond next to the house hosts spring peepers, ducks, and other wildlife.
