Enjoyable stay
It was a comfortable, clean and good environment. Breakfast was okay. Really wasn’t very hot. Although, the omelette bar was very good. Disappointed there were dishes or utensils in the room kitchen. Even plastic ware would have been nice.

I am usually super happy with this hotel but my request to be on the first floor near the lobby was not filled. I put that in my reservation weeks before my arrival. I have never had to have a room anywhere else. This time I was told I could be on the first floor at the very back of the hotel by the pool or on a different floor. Very upsetting since I stay there several times a year. Then there were long black hairs all over my white bedspread. That was very upsetting. I think the manager being gone was an issue. He always takes care of us.

The lobby is spacious and comortably lit, including two large water features. complimentary wine or beer in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Great location.

Upon entering the front when you check in, you get a big sniff of chlorine. They have an inside pool. Checking in was avg. The room appeared clean. The shower seemed to have not been deep cleaned in a while with nasty stuff in the door jams of the shower and it appeared to maybe have black mold or mildew on the bottom of the tile in the shower. The mattress seemed comfortable but I didn’t sleep well. The breakfast buffet was descent. I didn’t have the dinner buffet. Parking was ok.
