Welcome to our recently updated Seaside Sanctuary. The decor colors were chosen to bring together the taupe of the sand with the turquoise blues of the gulf to create a relaxing spa-like vacation experience.
The living room is oceanside and overlooks the beach and surf through a sliding glass wall of windows. It is fully updated with new comfortable furniture and organized around a shiplap wrapped entertainment wall that includes a smart tv and a FIREPLACE to provide year-round ambiance and extra heating during winter months.
The dining area design provides a delightful experience with its chandelier lighting, table for six and views of the gulf. It is perfect for family meals and game nights. A few fun family games are provided in the sideboard, and the adjacent WINE FRIDGE and dry bar provide the finishing touches.
The updated kitchen is not only beautiful, but it is a chef's dream. It is fully outfitted with a stainless steel double oven/cooktop range, dishwasher, full-size frig with water and ice maker, and complete set of cookware and serving ware. The design includes even the smallest details of quiet-close drawers and cabinets.
The peacefully decorated primary bedroom has a cozy king size bed, ceiling fan, smart tv and is located bayside to allow for more privacy. Its' en suite bathroom includes a private vanity and full size walk-in shower.
The second (and larger) bedroom is oceanside with views of the beach and gulf through the wall of windows. It has two matching comfortable queen size beds, ceiling fan, smart tv and a built in USB for charging your phone. Its' large en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/bath combo… perfect for bathing little ones after a day at the beach.
The 20' retractable wall between the living area and oceanside bedroom provides flexibility for privacy and /or panoramic views of the beach and gulf.
In addition to the fireplace ambiance and the peaceful décor, our favorite Seaside Sanctuary feature is the sliding glass wall of windows that open to a 150 sq ft private balcony. Our second floor balcony offers the best of views of the sunflower covered dunes, the beautiful Port A beach, and the expansive blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you prefer a warm beverage in the morning or a cold beverage throughout the day, you will want to start and end your day on the balcony enjoying the view, the pleasant sea breeze and the peaceful sound of the ocean waves.
Unlike most of the units in this property, unit 203 renters are afforded the conveniences of an IN-UNIT WASHER and DRYER, and use of our portable BEACH ENJOYMENT KIT that includes four beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, large assortment of beach toys for the littles and a wide-wheeled cart to transport this is (any other personal items) all to/from the beach.
Gulf Shores Condos prides itself for being the CLOSEST CONDOS TO THE BEACH. For daytime fun, it is a very short (50') walk along the private boardwalk to reach the sand and surf. Being located on the south side of Port A, our beachfront is far less crowded, but still only a few miles from Port A or Corpus restaurants. For those who prefer to drive onto the beach, there is a beach access road less than a mile away.
Guests at Gulf Shores Condos have exclusive access to the large gated pool area that includes an adult pool, a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi, sun chairs, a large shade-giving pergola and a jungle gym for our younger guests. Other amenities provided by the complex for our guests to enjoy include a first floor game room, additional beach chairs, beach towels, board walk showers for rinsing off the sand, dog walk area, hammocks, basketball hoop, covered BBQ area with a table for four.
If you need anything during your stay, Gulf Shores Condos' front desk staff is known island-wide for their helpfulness and hospitality and maintenance professionals are onsite 24/7 if needed.
