This beautiful second-floor condo with an ocean view is ready for a family reunion for a getaway with friends, accommodating up to eight people. With light blue walls and pops of accent color in rugs, pillow, and art, you can relax and enjoy the beach in Port Aransas. Welcome to the updated kitchen with sparkling granite and all the stainless-steel appliances, dishes, and utensils you need to enjoy your stay. The space is open and bright white cabinets make it feel even bigger. Two people can sit at the island bar. Behind the bar is a dining table for six underneath stunning paintings in vibrant colors. The living space features two wicker chairs, a recliner, and a comfy couch, plus a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Of course, the star of the show is the view! From here, you can see the Gulf through the large windows and glass door to the balcony. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf and beach past the rolling dunes. A colorful gecko points the way to the Gulf, but you can see it and hear it easily. Sip your coffee on the patio furniture with thick, comfortable cushions. Watch the palm trees rock in the sea breezes and listen to the sea birds. You can't beat this view! Back inside, the master bedroom (BR1) has a king-sized bed with a large window looking towards the Gulf. The calming blue bedding is perfect for relaxing and sleeping well after a day at the beach. A wicker armchair gives you more space, and you can watch the wall-mounted flat-screen TV from bed. The attached bathroom has a separate stool and shower, so everyone can get ready at the same time. The counter is long to accommodate everything you need. In the second bedroom (BR2), two sets of Twin bunk beds makes space for everyone. The great and blue bedspreads are fun and there is plenty of furniture for your things. There's a great view from the large window. The third bedroom (BR3) has a queen-sized bed and a palm tree swaying just outside. Relax in another wicker armchair with an ottoman and watch the wall-mounted flat-screen TV from bed. The second bathroom has plenty of room the get ready with a long sink, and natural light coming in through the window. A colorful mandala shower curtain brightens the space with colors that match the accents throughout the condo. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 community shared pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Please bring coffee and filters. Laundry detergent not provided.
