You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Island Getaway - Waterfront & Close to Everything!
Relax & enjoy your time on North Padre Island in our lovely canal-front townhouse! We're close to everything - just 5 min from the beach.
Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home sleeps up to 7 guests, with a full kitchen stocked with cookware and plenty of coffee! There’s also a big screen TV and good Wifi.
The spacious deck overlooks the canal. You can fish, including at night with our green light & dock your boat/kayak at the lower deck.
We'd love to host you in our beautiful and clean beach home!
* THE SPACE *
We'd love to host y'all in our two-story modern townhouse! We're on a canal off Park Road 22 & White Cap Blvd - the perfect location for your beach vacation.
There is a staircase leading to the front entrance (we share this staircase with our neighbor), and you'll check yourself with our electronic lock. There are also stairs up to bedrooms, and more stairs down to the decks.
You will have the entire second and third floors of the townhouse, and the back deck areas on the canal.
3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms upstairs with premium mattresses and linens.
Master suite has a private bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and balcony overlooking the canal.
Kitchen has a full-size oven and microwave, and stocked with essential cookware (if there's something you'd like that we don't have, message us because we can probably accommodate).
Workspace in the living room overlooking the canal has paper, pens, pencils, stapler, paper clips, and tape.
Private (but visible to neighbors depending where you are) deck areas - an upper deck, and a lower deck with water access. You can launch a kayak and fish during the day, or at night with our green light.
You can smoke outside on the patio / deck areas.
Children must be supervised by an adult, especially on the patio and decks. There is a closed (but not locked) gate leading from the patio area down to the water.
* FREE PARKING *
There is an open parking lot for our townhouses, and there's usually at least 2-3 open spaces available; but if it's full, you can park on the street.
* THE ISLAND *
The island is a great place to live and visit. The beach culture means we're laid back and friendly, and there's plenty of fun things to do. With beautiful beaches close by and great restaurants in walking distance, you'll love it here.
