Property was difficult to navigate to since it was behind several businesses without a direct connection to Airline Road, Williams Drive or South Padre Island Drive. Not sure how old the property is but my bathroom in Room 208 showed wear and tear (dings in the walls) and poor initial construction quality (cracks in tile beneath shower head and patch in tile above shower head penetration through wall) and maintenance (smeared sealant at base of shower not cleaned up).

It was easy to get to and close to restaurants and the mall. It was quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower on the 4th floor.

The hotel was clean and staff was professional. Room was good and clean. The outside needed a little cleaning it did not make a good first impression but the inside was super clean.

4 stars due to carpet.

This a great location. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just be thing about my room was the carpet. It looked clean but I think it may need to be shampooed. It felt damp in certain areas so it made the room smell a little musty.
