Our Pet friendly condo($50 per pet charge) is on North Pardre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi, a block from the beach. Includes a private balcony w/bay views! Upgraded condo with a full kitchen. We have 2 pullouts in the living room, big TV and fast internet.
Great location, 15 minutes to Texas A&M and the Naval Base, 25 minutes to downtown and the airport. If you're looking for a place with a roomy, clean, and spacious balcony with great service, then we are for you!

The space
We are Leeward Isles, 15010 Leeward Dr, Corpus Christi Tx. (GPS: Leeward Isles Condominiums or 15010 Leeward Dr.)
I have included pics so you can see exactly what our complex looks like. This is a third-floor condo and no elevator no the premises.
It is very roomy for a one-bedroom. It has one queen bed in the bedroom and one new pullout queen & pullout full in the living room.
Roomy patio with new furniture and hammock.
We have a fast 5g wifi with an office space.

If you are bringing a pet, I will request the $ 50 pet fee per pet for a stay after you book. Please let me know if you are bringing any pets.
Guest access
You have access to the pool and BBQ area. Use any water spout by garages for washing off sand, Hampton and Holiday Inn entrance to the beach.

Other things to note
We have 5G internet WiFi. Enjoy our fast WiFi!
We also added new patio furniture including a hammock. Enjoy the view from the private balcony.
First kits are under the sink in the bathroom.
