Tervetuloa Laguna Madre Landingiin - rannikon kotiin kotoa lomailijalle, joka haluaa kaiken! Hotelli sijaitsee Puente Vista Condominiums -kadulla Corpus Christissä, ja se on ihanteellinen paikka kauniille näkymille, hyville tunneille, rentoutumiselle, loistavalle kalastukselle, läheiselle rannalle pääsylle. Schlitterbahn on aivan nurkan takana! Pysäköi veneesi ja / tai kalat yksityiseltä laiturilta, joka tarjoaa myös välittömän pääsyn veneelle Intercoastal-vesiväylään ja Packery-kanavaan sekä Laguna Madreen ja Meksikonlahteen. Nauttia!

Puhtaan kodin viimeistelyyn sisältyy uusi king-tyynynpäällinen patja makuuhuoneessa ja kuningatar-tyynynpäällinen, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta vierashuoneessa. Huoneisto mukavasti nukkuu 6 henkilöä.

Weekend fishing trip with our grands
Perfect location for a few days of fishing with our grands. The private boat dock made it so easy to tie up our boat overnight! 2 adults and 4 kids, ages 4 to 14, fit comfortably in this condo. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect Fishing Base
Stayed here while fishing with a buddy for a couple days. Was absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, with a bathroom off each bedroom meant we each had our own space. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything worked well. The dock out back and the balcony are the highlights. The reviews weren’t lying when they said the sunsets are amazing. We docked our boat at the dock for easy in and out fishing during the day. Multiple nearby ramps and bait shops. We will absolutely be staying here again. Cannot recommend this place enough. Best of all was the communication with the hosts. Prompt and answered any questions. 10:10

Fishing Trip
Stayed here for a little under a week, it was fantastic. One of the days when a front came through I was able to just sit on the private dock and fish. Place was very clean and stocked with cookware and essentials like sugar and oil. Will definitely be back again.

Great weekend celebrating wife’s bithday
Our son attends TAMU-CC and this was the perfect spot to visit him and spend some good quality time by and on the water. Brought our Waverunner and there is a neighborhood boat ramp. Also brought our standup paddle boards and just had fun hanging out on the dock.

My kids loved this place! They had plenty of extra toys, movies, games that kept the kids entertained while inside. The dock was my oldest kids favorite, out there from dawn to dusk casting out lines. We will definitely be back.

Exclusive fishing dock with a view!
We had the best time while here for our annual fishing trip. It is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as advertised online. The owners were very communicative up to, during, and after our stay. This condo had everything we needed, including a private, exclusive use dock. We really appreciated the fact they provide more than enough towels for you to use as well as blankets. The master bed is quite firm, but the queen bed in the guest room is super soft and comfortable. The couches are also very soft and comfortable as well. Something to be aware of, The condo is located on the second floor and there is not direct access to the water, so you will take trips up and down stairs to get to the dock to fish. The balcony is facing directly west and you will have an unobstructed view of the sunset every evening! We will absolutely be back next year and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic location and very comfortable
This rental worked very well for us - the location, size, and comfort were exactly what we were hoping for. I took off a star on cleanliness just because there was some deferred maintenance (like some older water damage to the ceiling that had some pieces crumbling off) and it could've had nicer towels, but those are only VERY minor complaints. We will definitely book here again if the occasion arises!

Great location, great communication AND A DOCK!!
The owners of this property were great to work with. If we had brought a boat for the dock or the weather (gray skies ) were better while we were there, we would have liked the property better. The unit was very cutely decorated and the pictures were accurate. What did not show in the pictures of the unit were cracks in the shower (that have since been repaired I believe),ceiling repairs etc that are needed and the king bed in the master was hard (perhaps a memory foam topper). The unit is in a complex that was a bit "dated and tired" and the pool area was just the basics It wasn't the owners fault that we could not sit on our deck or have the windows open in the evening because the neighbors were smoking pot and the wind blew it into our unit. These things factored into our being as happy with the unit as we could have been otherwise and a 4 star rating instead of a 5.

Birthday fishing trip
My son’s 15th birthday vacation. I took him and his friend to the coast. Everything was great! We were able to dock our boat at the exclusive dock reserved for this condo. I really enjoyed the available boat trailer parking right there as well. The hosts were great. Immediately responded to any questions I had. Everything was as described in the listing. Location was perfect. We didn’t have to spend time idling down the canals from the dock to the intercoastal waterway. It is right there. Very convenient for fishing, or taking the boat to waterfront waterways. There is a cleaning station right on the dock. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, full bathrooms for both bedrooms. We will definitely be staying here again.
