I wish there were more options for eating, and shopping. I know you had valet service, but I like to park my own car, so that was inconvenient with all the stairs to navigate.

I reserved a room in Omaha and there was a blizzard in Omaha. Roads were completely closed. This Hotel would not cancel my reservation or let me change to the next night. No flexibility! I had to eat the cost of my original reservation. Blizzard roads closed the night of my reservation. They would not change to next evening nor work with me on a refund. Completely inflexible. They seemed only interested in money, not my safety or complying with the law closing down the highways. I will never stay there. I will also never use Expedia. Buyer beware...

Check in lady did not greet or ask name. Seemed like she really didnt want to be at work. Called the front desk from phone because my husband is dumb and clicked purchase for 24 hours of music on the tv. Front desl just said hello with no greeting.

We stayed here one night while traveling. The casino was a nice distraction after a long day of driving. Our room was clean, king sized bed comfortable. We ate dinner at one of the restaurants and our meals were delicious. We had river view overlooking Omaha which in summer would be great to have. There’s a ramp for parking. Only disappointment is having to pay a resort fee for WiFi
