Nestled in Kent, this delightful house offers 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed. With 4 full bathrooms equipped with all your basic amenities. The split floor plan includes two bedrooms and a living room upstairs and two bedrooms and a living room downstairs also. Perfect for a family vacation and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space to relax, play, or watch your favorite tv series.

We Strive to create an unforgettable vacation tucked away in our gorgeous lake house. Stunning 180 lake views, nature surrounds! Cozy indoor fireplaces & a new 75" tv. Snuggle up on the couch & watch your fav movie! Basketball hoop outside for the kids to play. Beautiful wrap around balcony for enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. Enclosed backyard for the kids to play & your furry best friend to run around. & to cap the day cook the family a dinner in our fully stocked remodeled kitchen!


The space
Our newly renovated house stands out among the rest with its blue exterior and gorgeous open lake views! This family friendly home is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy all that the beautiful state of Washington has to offer.

BEDROOM 1: The upstairs master bedroom includes a queen size Serta Willow brook mattress. There are sliding doors in the room which open up to our wrap around balcony and stunning lake views. The master bathroom a full walk in shower with two shower heads and two closets to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full length mirror, a night stands with drawers, and a bedside lamp for your use.

BEDROOM 2: The second master bedroom is located downstairs. Its a very spacious room with a sliding door closet to store your belongings. The room includes a queen mattress and a trundle bed which includes two twin size beds. The bathroom includes a bath/shower combo and two bathroom sinks. Being downstairs provides complete privacy from the other bedrooms upstairs.

BEDROOM 3: The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom includes a large walk-in closet so you have plenty of room to store all your belongings! The bathroom is located right outside of the bedroom and consists of stand up shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are able to hang out in the large living room space downstairs outside of their bedrooms. They can cozy up and watch tv or step outside into the backyard to enjoy some fresh air.

BEDROOM 4: This bedroom is located upstairs and includes a bunk bed and a sliding door closet. The bathroom for this bedroom is located just outside of the room and is a nice spacious bathroom with a bath/shower combo.

Upstairs you will find the room with a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure. We also provide a jar full of laundry detergent pods for guest to use in the cabinet above the machines.


Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property excluding the garage and the locked cabinets and closets.



HOUSE RULES

Please help us by placing the trash bins to the front of the house on Monday evenings for the pickup on Tuesdays. We appreciate your help in keeping the trash in order!

You will receive check in instructions 48 hours before check in on VRBO messages.


Be Aware:
IF we find evidence of smoking inside of the house during your stay you will be fined $500. This includes TCH cartridges and any paraphernalia.

If we find any evidence of a party or loud music playing outside of the quiet hours listed below, this will result in a $500 fine and potentially an eviction if behavior is not corrected.
If we find evidence you have covered or tampered with our Ring doorbell camera this will result in a $250 fine and eviction.
