We have stayed in this house a couple different times. Everything is great,I have small complaint which isn’t much of one. Everything is great just the beds in house are bit firm for me a foam topper would make them more comfortable. Check in and out is great . We have stayed in many houses in the area over the years and this one is good setup for family.

Peaceful Cabin Stay
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. It was a wonderfully peaceful cabin with plenty of room both indoors and out. A whole entertainment space above the garage and large outdoor fire area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the groceries we brought with us and the whole cabin has a cozy welcoming feel. We also explored Salt Creek falls about 20 minutes away which was a perfect hike with breathtaking views. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Detail abounds
Our stay at the Log Cabin in Crescent was more than we could have ever anticipated. The attention to detail, cleanliness and homey warmth that greeted us was so very welcoming and it made our few days seem long and luxurious. We loved being able to soak before bed in the hot tub each night, and the home theatre above the garage was the pièce de résistance to making our trip feel special for every moment we shared. The distance to Crater, the Rogue, all of the hikes to the many Falls, and the never ending natures bounty that our eyes (and calves - hehe) explored, made coming back each night to the cabin, that much sweeter. Not only will we share these memories with everyone we know, we will rave about this wonderful home and hope that one day we can return to enjoy it once more.

Amazing mountain getaway
We stayed for three nights at the end of August for a quick trip before the kids went back to school. The pictures on the listing very accurately depict how well-maintained and appointed this vacation rental actually is. The kitchen was very well supplied with dishware, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans. The towels and linens supplied were a nice quality, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the house. The beds were comfortable - so rare in a vacation rental! We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and relaxing on the patio and outdoor space. The hosts were gracious and easy to reach, although we had no problems during our stay. My husband and boys had big smiles on their faces throughout the trip. We would definitely consider this property -- or the hosts -- again.

This was a great place to stay for our family and we look forward to coming back again! Lots of stuff to do, including a couple of surprises not mentioned in the listing. I will leave them surprises for others as well. The outdoor space was great where we enjoyed, relaxing, eating lunch or dinner, even playing some games together! Plenty of room for our four kids to move around and even stay out of our hair. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We will definitely be returning! !

My extended family stayed in this home for 2 nights while traveling around Oregon. It was a beautiful and very clean home with a great outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals which was good because it is not really an area with grocery stores or restaurants. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Property
We loved this property and all that it offered. My daughter got married at the Crescent Lake area and it was so nice to have a relaxing place to take a rest and unwind from the busy activity from the wedding event. The beds could have been a little softer but that is just my preference. I would definitely book this property again.

Christmas in Oregon
We hoped for skiable snow nearby. No such luck this El Niño winter. But the younger crew, skiers from the east coast and Idaho, drove easily from the cabin for day skiing at Mt Bachelor. Grand parents and 2 year old had a wonderful day enjoying the cabin, and especially the ‘kids playroom’-movie theater room, above the garage. This amazing space included a ‘kids cave’ with games a plenty. Three adults slept here too in comfort. Outside the swings and hot tub attracted all generations even on a chilly, no-snow day. The kitchen serviced our 9-adult crew beautifully. We brought our own hotpot’s and ingredients, but the rest was there for our annual hotpot dinner. As part of our short stay we checked out the Crescent Lake Resort area- not the best choice, but fun. The hiking highlight was Salt Creek Falls, definitely good hiking, dramatic geology, and beautiful forest. The cabin was a great spot for a large outdoorsy family to celebrate the wintery season, play games through the long nights, watch necessary football games, and to restore ourselves before the new year begins.

Cheryl and Geno make a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great patio with fire pit and chairs to accommodate all of us. Granddaughter loved the swings! The only thing that would make it even better would be plumbing in the guest room above the garage. And maybe that's in the works!?

Amenities Galore
We had a fabulous time at this cabin and we were super impressed by the amenities provided. The welcome basked was super cute and unexpected. The kitchen had every tool you could ever want. The beds were nice. The theater room above the detached garage was huge - we had our two kids and two grandparents with us and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone on family movie nights. Hot tub, swing set, hammock, fire pit, grill pit, BBQ, corn hole, wrap around deck…we didn’t need to leave the house to have a great time. There were a couple of lakes close by (Odell and Crescent). Crater Lake was only an hour away. We highly recommend this cabin. Things to note - it is an out of the way location, there is WiFi at the house but no cell service in the area. You’ll want to bring your own groceries and there aren’t many nearby stores.
