Ski-in / lyhyen kävelymatkan huoneisto

Äskettäin uusittu, rinteessä sijaitseva osakehuoneisto, 4 makuuhuonetta ja upeat näkymät. Kävelet portaita ylittäen, ylität pysäköintialueen ja hiihtää oikealle West Wall Express -hissille.

Tämä houkutteleva, neljän makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen, hiihtomahdollisuuden, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä osakehuoneisto on erinomaisessa kunnossa, sillä siinä on hiljattain remontoitu keittiö (syyskuu '05), holvikatot ja kauniit vuoristomaisemat. Ruokailutilassa on 8 istuinpöytä plus baari ja moderni keittiö. Pääkerroksessa on olohuone, keittiö, king-sviitti ja kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta. Yläkerrassa on toinen makuuhuone, jossa oma kylpyhuone. Lisäksi olohuoneessa on futon-sohva. Kätevä pysäköinti osakehuoneiston sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella.

Fabulous! We had a great time here- the property description was accurate, and if anything the photos did not do it justice! Living area was warm and welcoming. The bedrooms were great and the beds comfortable.If we end up back in CB for a holiday in the future would definitely check to see if the place was available.A minor snaffu on our part at the end of our stay was handled with aplomb by Jon, for which we are very grateful.

Nice place to stay
All of all good places to stay the ski in ski out is tricky but possible it was easier for are group to take bus to lifts . We have some issues with cleanliness of condo when we arrived with was resolved by owner quickly this is why 2 stars for cleaning

Great condo
Great communication with owner and overall a very nice stay. For unloading its 86 steps going down to the condo. It’s 76 steps to go down to the parking lot. Therefore, no gym needed! The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. Spectacular views!!!

Great place (and clean), but probably needs new cleaning staff.
We had a great time here and the place is wonderful The cleaning crew was not ready at 4 when we arrived. They said "usually you shouldn't be here till 4" and i told them it was 4 and they, while being polite, were still cleaning for another 3 hours while we were there. They left a load of towels and sheets to dry and for us to put on the beds. Was not expecting that but we were ready for them to leave so we took on the task. That is the only complaint. This place is a good spot and we had a bunch of fun here.

Take the shuttle
Very nice property. We should have taken yhe owners advise and unload at the top and bring luggage down also, its better to take the shuttle at the end of the driveway than ski on/ski out. This was a black diamond ski in/ski out. Also, we left our skiis in the car at the lower lot driveway.

Beautiful and amazing condo!
We had a great family vacation in Crested Butte. There are so many fantastic restaurants close by as well as quaint shops and small eateries . The condo was the perfect place, so spacious and comfortable. It felt like home ! Loved the kitchen , dinning room and living room. The views were incredible with pink- purple sunsets over the mountains and the wild flowers all around us. My husband and son enjoyed the hiking trails! Thank you Jen and Jon for an awesome stay! Yeaney family.

beautiful place but hard work in & out
The condo was spacious, clean & well stocked w everything we needed. Communication w the owners was seamless and they were very responsive. Full disclosure--this place is very hard to get in & out. 4 flights from the parking lot below, 3 flights down from the street above. Carrying ski equipment, luggage & groceries is treacherous, esp w the enormous amount of snow that fell every night while we were there. Although it is possible to walk to the slopes, it's up 3 flights first. Although it is possible to ski home, it requires crossing the boundary which some employees told us we could not do, while others said that we could. Even after you duck under the ropes, you have to cross deep drifts off the runs through grassland--the 4 of us are experienced skiers and 2 people still fell & had a lot of trouble getting back up from the multiple feet of snow in the drifts. If you have beginners, forget it--drive down and park. There is a bus but it only runs every 30 minutes. If you're very experienced w no difficulty crossing any terrain, it's ski in/ski out but you will definitely get your exercise!

Great location and condo. Owner was great - very responsive and helpful.
Owner even mailed some left behind items to me - so appreciative that he took the time to do that. I'm not sure how many places would contact you about ski pants that were left behind. 5 star service! Condo was great - very clean and had everything we needed. No issues at all. Great location. Only drawback was the very large amount of stairs to get in and out of condo. Otherwise all 5 stars.

Great place on the slopes!
Our group of seven really enjoyed this ski in/ski out unit! Yes, there are a lot of steps involved, so not for folks that are less mobile, but the unit was wonderful. The kitchen was the best equipped I've even seen and the beds/ bedrooms were very comfortable. We would gladly stay again!

Great for a group
The proximity to the slopes is nice for advanced skiers. You can drop in after a short walk and ski in back to the top of the stairs. It can be a bit challenging for those beginner and intermediate skiers/boarders. Highly recommend following the owner’s advice to park above the condo in order to drop off your luggage and groceries. Well equipped kitchen and nice views of the town.

Overall the property was just okay. The condo was clean, the appliances worked and the kitchen is fully stocked. The views are great, but the condo and furniture are dated. Also, the condo is located on the third floor and is a very tough climb from the parking lot below or even from the top. Carrying groceries, luggage and ski equipment up and down the stairs is exhausting. It is not ski in - ski out - climb the stairs and walk 75 yards to ski out. You need to have enough snow and be a good skier if you want to try to ski back even close to the condo.

The condo had plenty of space for us and everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen - all we needed to get was food! The place was super clean and the views from the deck were amazing! Communication with the manager was easy and clear. Would definitely recommend staying here.
