Exploring Kentucky
Our first trip to KY, and this was a perfect location to stay after visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Everything was in close proximity. The Ark was about a 15 minute drive. Travis was an excellent host! Stocked us up with Kcup coffee and tea, as well as snacks for breakfast and on the go. The kids enjoyed the toys, air hockey table, and kayaking! This is a great place for families with children.

Lake House Rental
Property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful lake view from deck. We enjoyed our stay. Host communicated with us before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Short but Fun Trip
We took a short trip with our kids and my folks and sister to see the Ark during our Fall Break. The kids really enjoyed the house and all the amenities- air hockey and watching movies with the projector were their favorites. There was plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs is almost its own little apartment with a fridge, table, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I did wish the downstairs bathroom had a shower, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We fished the first night and my husband and daughter both caught decent sized ones! It’s really close to the ark, maybe 15 mins? For some reason, I thought this house was going to be in the country. Maybe because of the little lake/pond? It is actually in a subdivision, which was fine, I was just surprised! The place was super clean and the kitchen had all the essentials- except for a pizza cutter! I would say this is a great place for families, especially with kiddos. Oh, the beds were super comfy too- and all kings!

Very thoughtful host
The property was quite nice with alot of thought put in by the host with games, activities, and toys available for kids and families to do while there. They also included free coffee, and snacks. The pond out back is a bit questionable and the suburb the house is located in was crowded but overall good experience.

Home base away from home
We needed a home for three couples, and this was a good fit. It had three king-size beds and three bathrooms. The home had central air (and heat) with additional window units in two rooms (with ceiling fans) and a portable unit in the living room —a must when traveling with people who want it hotter or colder than you like. The home was in a neighborhood with houses very close, but we didn't hear much noise from those around us (a dog barking, garbage truck, train horns - like at home). The lake proved a good place for kayaking (and it seems to have plenty of fish). For those who need to know, the toilet seats are round, it is cooler in the basement than on the main level, and there are steps on the front stoop and going down to the basement. The best part was the mattresses—foam, soft, and oh-so-comfortable. These were some of the best beds we've encountered in our travels. The home is close to tourist areas (north and south) and near enough to the airport. All told this is a good home in a convenient location for a home base when hitting the tourist spots south of and in Cincinnati.

Clean, clutter-free home with excellent host!
Our family traveled to this area to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and were able to enjoy our time together in this spacious, clean home. Instructions were clear and expectations were met. We appreciated the space to spread out and the king sized beds! Kitchen was nice and made cooking super simple. Would highly recommend!

Family trip to Ark
Our family enjoyed taking the grandkids to the Creation museum and the Ark at this great location on a small lake. Travis is a great host- very responsive to our questions. The home is well stocked with soaps, shampoos etc and even two kayaks which our grandkids enjoyed a lot! Thanks Travis for sharing your Ice resurfacer for home!

We chose this place due to how close it is to the Ark Encounter and accommodating our group size. Location is fantastic! The host communicated expectations and check in/check out details well. We had more than enough room for our group of 9. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments which we really appreciated. 2 full baths and a half bath made it great for hosting our group and they were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All in all we really appreciated everything this place had to offer and wouldn’t hesitate to come again! Conveniently located not too far from the main highway but we never heard any traffic noise.

The host for this property is outstanding. GREAT communication and helpfulness. The property description was spot on . The house was clean and well supplied for our stay. Everything worked as expected. I would highly recommend this property and host for a visit to that area. Perfect for our family
Well maintained, nice spaces for everyone. The three king rooms were especially nice, and the two and 1/2 baths worked out well. View is nice. Would happily stay here again if we wanted to visit the Ark, Creation Museum, and Kentucky Horse Park again, with the quick access to the interstate. Very nice to have some condiments and spices available, as well as a great supply of coffees, along with some breakfast treats.

Quick Ark/Zoo birthday trip
We brought my father in law up from Alabama for a birthday trip to see the Ark. We also wanted to check out the Cincinnati zoo, so this property was a perfect fit for us being in between. My 13 year old actually picked the property for us; her deciding factor was the ping pong table and the games ha! The property was very clean and cozy. The andults each had our own bedrooms with King size beds, which was very nice. My husband and I slept downstairs in the “game room”. We had plenty of space for everyone (my sister in law and her husband, my in laws, and my 2 teen daughters, and my husband and I). We like to play games, so we spent a lot of time at the house; we cooked breakfast every morning and found the kitchen to be conducive to big meals. Anything we could think of that we may have needed, the host had, from fans to space heaters. (The downstairs can be a little chilly.) The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. We also highly recommend the Ark and the Cincinnati Zoo!

The Ark Encounter/Creation Museum
My sister, and our husbands took my parents to see the Ark encounter and the creation museum. This property was located in a great area between the two. It was as advertised, very clean, and worked great for our needs. They had many extras, including games, tv’s, and game tables. We would definitely stay again. Travis was quick to communicate and address a small need that we had.

Host had excellent communication. Everything as listed. Nice extras like shampoo and conditioner, snacks, and coffee pods. Very comfortable beds. Even though neighborhood and home were a little older, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short trip. Best location for distance to museums.
