Below expectations
We arrived to the following: soiled linens and rugs. A mattress and box spring sitting on a floor. A dirty shower with a poor shower head. Drains must be plugged because when you turn on faucet water backs up immediately. Gross. We were not allowed to walk out in the dock pictured. No info on how to use tv or check out process. We alerted property management co and they offered to send a cleaning person. I took pics of concerns. This is such a shame because the location and view were lovely!

Felt like a college dorm
When we first walked in there was an bad older . When I went upstairs to put my stuff away i saw that the mattress was on the floor With no bedframe . Inside the closet was storage of Old furniture.
I had to put my clothes in a plastic container That had batteries and a food city card that was left in there .The TV in that bedroom did not work.I tried calling but they were out of office, I guess.. The bathroom had bleach stained Towels and the drain in the sink Was clogged There was only 2
wash cloths but plenty of towels In the linen closet, there was a garbage bag With what i'm guessing was dirty bed sheets from the last stay They were rowed up into small balls. I was not sure if they were clean or not and I was not going to investigate . I went to the kitchen to cook some hamburgers and there was only one very Small skillet Which was very difficult To try to cook for a family . There was plenty of pots. I actually left 1 day early because my back was hurting so bad from sleeping on a mattress in the floor. The good thing I can say about this place was the property was in a good location and the view was beautiful .
