- Keycards are reused and not rotated. Security concern as anyone could keep one and open your room. - door locks borderline do not function. We’ve been locked out of our room several times. - AC broken in our first room - Fridge broken in our first room - Door lock didn’t open 90% of the time in our first room - Door lock didn’t open 50% of the time in our second room - Door lock didn’t work at all on one keycard on our THIRD room - Keycards have to be reprogrammed daily - Several receptionists had bad attitude - Receptionist refused to speak to me in English. I can speak Spanish ok but English preferred. So either she is not qualified for the position or was being ignorant in purpose. - Blinds do not shut entirely - Blind “rod” kept coming unhooked - Bathroom door doesn’t latch/stay closed in our second room - Sewage smell in bathrooms in 3 rooms - Electrical outlet pulled away from wall in first room. Safety risk. - Front desk staff argumentative and rude. Kitchen staff great. - parking lot guard rude, and tried to argue and intimidate my family. My family was scared he was going to hurt them. Avoid at all costs.

Es muy buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana, las habitaciones son cómodas y las televisiones tienen servicio, sin embargo son algo pequeñas para poder pasar un rato cómodo en la habitación. Está pensado más que nada para que bajes a la alberca y pases un tiempo con tu familia, sin embargo se llena demasiado la alberca y no tienes mucho espacio para ti. El personal es cumplidor, no son extremadamente serviciales, pero si pides algo no vas a tener que esperar tanto tiempo para poderlo conseguir, aunque en ocasiones tienes que presionar un poco para que te envíen cosas del restaurante a tu habitación. Todo lo demás bastante agradable.

Fue agradable, el único tema es que desde la reservación y pago indicamos que seríamos dos adultos y dos menores, sin embargo, en el hotel nos dijeron que solo incluí dos desayunos, sería importante que consideren a todos las personas registradas en la reserva para evitar malos ratos o momentos incómodos y en el hotel

La habitación tenía un mini split que era viejo y no enfriaba, el ventilador hacía mucho ruido, el brunch dominical fue un desastre casi 2 horas para poder comer
