Gerohn Holiday House

Gerohn House on täydellinen kohde 2 pariskunnalle tai 1 tai useampia perheitä ja lemmikit ovat tervetulleita sopimuksesta varauksen.

Rauhallisella paikalla ja joustavia majoitusvaihtoehtoja ovat ihanteellisia rentouttavaan. Se sopii jopa 6 henkilöä. Ensimmäinen, kevyt ja ilmava 2 makuuhuoneen talo, jossa on
 - Avokeittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone

Rakennuksessa on kiillotettu lattiat kaikkialla ja suuret ikkunat näköalalla nurmikot, puutarhat ja Curleys Bay. Vuodepaikkoja 6 aikuista ihmistä mukavasti.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö sekä studiossa keittiö voit luoda ja jakaa paljon loma aterioita, jos se on teidän tyyliä. Suuri taulutelevisio, DVD ja stereot ovat kaikki täällä sinun nauttia.

Rentoudu Gerohn Talo edessä terassi kahvia tai lasin viiniä, katsella lintuja vierailulla puutarhassa ja nauttia Bay View, kuten kauniita auringonlaskuja. Ja ulkona BBQs, ruokailu ja toimintaa nauttia suuri puutarha, jossa ruokailutila varjossa purjeet. Runsaasti tilaa isoja ja pieniä lapsia pelata krikettiä tai pallopelejä. Vältä kalliita lemmikkieläinten lennolle kustannuksia ja tuo lemmikkieläimiä mukanasi. Gerohn House tyytyväinen hyvin käyttäytyviä lemmikkieläimet sopimuksen. Pyydä lupa lemmikkieläimille varattaessa.

Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita taloon ja studio, mutta ei huonekalujen tai sänkyä Ja sinun täytyy siivota lemmikkisi aina varmistaa hygienian ja turvallisuuden. Kuten koko puutarha on unfenced se on myös tärkeää miettiä, miten voit pitää lemmikkisi turvallisia. Kuitenkin lemmikkisi on myös aidattu majoitus vieressä tasainen riitä pitämään heidät turvassa yöaikaan tai kun kävellä tai vain viettää yön paikallisen keilahalli.

Erinomainen sijainti ja paljon tekemistä

Culburra Beach on vain 2. 5-3 tuntia Sydney etelärannikolla ja 3 tuntia Canberra. Helppo ajaa pako viikonloppu tai pidemmän loman.

Gerohn House sijaitsee vastapäätä rauhallinen lahden vesillä, lähellä Ocean Surf at Culburra Beach, ja lyhyen ajomatkan hiljaisempi Surf klo Tilbury Cove. Ja siellä on järvi Wollumboola ... tunnettu rantalaguuneja, lintu pyhäkkö ja kohde uinti, melonta ja kalastus. Toimintoja nauttia lähellä runsaasti - surfing, uinti, rannalla tai bush kävely, kalastus, veneily joella. Culburra Ranta kylä on olennaiseen - supermarket, kahvilat, kioski, huoltoasema, klubeja. Se on 20 minuutin ajomatkan tärkein keskus Nowra, joka on alueellisena keskuksena ostos, ravintoloita ja kahviloita, sairaala / terveydenhuollon palveluja.

Jos haluat tutustua kauniiseen Shoalhaven alueella voit valita kaupunki, maa, rantoja ja Bush. Nowra on lähin tärkein kaupunki, jossa kaikki mukavuudet ja historiallinen Berry on putiikkeja, kahviloita ja erikoisliikkeistä. Saat maaseutu tutustuen kokeile päivä Kangaroo Valley, pitkin Shoalhaven joen tai näyttäviä pensaassa alueilla pitkin Nerriga Road tai paikallisessa kansallispuistoissa. Culburra Beach break

Lovely older holiday house with everything you could need. Only a short walk to the beach, although a slightly longer (but still v doable) walk to the shops and cafes. It isn’t fenced, but that was no problem with our dog.

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here! The kitchen had everything you needed and more, huge bbq and big backyard garden, where we were able to park our boat. Great place only minutes away from the beach! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic location

What a wonderful location. Across the road from the lake and a 2 minute drive to the beach. Our dog loved the beach (which is off leash after 4.00pm). Short drive to other beautiful locations nearby. We hope to come back again in the future.

Quiet get away

The property was well maintained and host had a well stocked kitchen. The area that property is located is quiet and a short stroll from a dog friendly beach. The property allows pets , however note apart from a small fenced area at the side of the house, the house itself is not fenced. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, located in a suburban area and a short stroll from the beach , this is the place for you.

Beautiful location

Well kept, smaller, older style holiday house, set in a beautiful location. Well maintained 2 bedroom home with attached granny flat. All amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable beds with nice linen and towels. Modern flat screen TV and surround sound. New quality appliances. Quiet location overlooking the bay. Large well maintained yard which wraps around the property, with outdoor cooking and eating area. Very prompt communication with the hosts, who were very accommodating. Short walkto the beach and couple of minute drive to the inlet. Close proximity to the shops but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Lots of native wildlife, birds and lizard s. My family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. Some previous comments statr that the bathroom needs updating. While the bathroom is of an older style, it is in perfect condition and is fully functional, with a lovely rainshower head. The bathroom met our needs perfectly. My only comment would be to limit shower time on overcast days due to it being solar heated, but it does have a small back up heating system and hearts up really quickly when it is sunny.

Clean and cozy cottage

Neat and tidy. Owner provided linen and basic kitchen and bathroom necessities. Plenty of room around property for kids or pets to play. What let’s it down is a few maintenance issues and the bathroom is overdue for an upgrade. I would stay again if these issues were fixed.

Beautiful garden and great location

This is a small but well-cared-for house, with a beautiful garden and a great location overlooking Curley's Bay. With an easy (6-minute) walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to good coffee at Culburra shops, you can't ask for much more! Culburra Beach is stunning and there is so much to do here and nearby. It is our favourite NSW holiday destination.

Clean adorable little beach house

Perfect Location

This home was lovely for the week- modernised and comfortable for our fam of four and a granny flat for three friends to join us. Quiet location with a large yard. Kitchen was well stocked and the bbq area was great. Dog friendly but no fencing around the front or side year made containing our pup challenging- was on a lead nearly all week .

Conveniently located and relaxing, dog-friendly house

Very pleasant, relaxing stay. Conveniently located near beach and with a playground just around the corner. Good selection of eateries nearby including a cafe with fabulous coffee! So lovely to have a holiday where our dog can be with us at the house and on the beach.

The property is an older home however has all the required facilities for a comfortable stay.

The property is very equipped with all your cooking needs. Fly screens would be ideal addition to this property to allow the natural ocean breeze to flow through the property rather than needing to use the Air. conditioner. Overall, a great and comfortable place to stay for our family.

Culburra Beach

Whilst the bathroom is a bit dated, the white goods are all modern and easy to use apart from the stove which appears to have heating issues . Apart from a small area at the back the property is not fenced so is difficult for dogs to be outside. Overall though the property is in a great location , was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful views and sunsets

We really appreciated the attention to detail that the owners had done to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved the sunsets and the birds visiting the bird bath. Our daughter and her husband were well accommodated with their baby in the flat. Thank you we loved it.

Lovely pet friendly cosy house

We had a lovely time with our dog at Gerohn House. Communication was fast and polite with the owners and we found fresh towels folded for us as if it were a hotel! Spices a d condiments galore in the kitchen too. S new state of the art tv, but you will need to use your phone as a hotspot. Perfectly situated facing the river (beautiful sunsets from the big windows of the house) and a short walk straight up the road to the beach which is off leash at certain hours, and stretches for miles. Location couldn't be better. We rented both the studio and the house - the studio is not the separate structure you may see in the photos, that is a storage shed you don't have access to. The studio bathroom is not inside the studio but next to it. Some things worth noting when considering this house is that the garden is not fenced, there is plenty of space to play with your dog but not fenced. There is a small dog run fenced off next to the house with a dog house and unfortunately many plants too which probably need to be cut back as there's not much space for the dog to move around. We had some plumbing issues with the sink and a bunch of friendly neighbours came as soon as we contacted the owners, gave a nice local vibe to the whole situation. The house is an older home, but perfect to enjoy holidays with your pooch and your family. We rented it in winter so appreciated the air con units and heaters supplied.

Such a beautiful break

We just stayed this long weekend and had an amazing time. Geraldine was really lovely and answered straight away any questions. The house was so lovely - clean, well equipped (we loved the little spices) and the fact we could have our dog with us. The house is so close to the beach (which my dog and nephews absolutely loved!) we could walk there, and the shops and bowling club not far. Thank you Geraldine for the most beautiful stay, we will definitely be coming back x

Wonderful beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerohn House. The house had everything we needed (super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, so close to the beach and a big yard for the kids and dogs). The only issues we had were there was no wifi and no tv reception at all. Other than that, the proximity to the beautiful beach and cute little town was the highlight. Thanks for having us!

Lovely beach house

We had a fantastic time at Gerohn. The house is light and airy with lovely views of the Lake. The beach is also close by with 2 patrolled options for kids. The garden is beautiful with loads of visiting birds. We enjoyed the outdoor bbqing option most evenings. The house is well cared for and felt very welcoming and homely. Both Geraldine and John were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. We will definitely be back.
