Äskettäin rakennettu moderni koti, josta on henkeäsalpaavat rannat ja näkymät saarelle. Tämä ominaisuus sisältää vertaansa vailla olevat mukavuudet, kuten yksityisen kotiteatterin, uima-altaan, ulkogrilli ja kolme terassia ja oleskelualueet. Kodissa on kaksi päämakuuhuonetta kylpyhuoneella ja kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on kylpyamme, joka nukkuu mukavasti kahdeksan. Fantastic Homebase on Culebra
Jim was a great host and the property was perfect for our group of 9. Very clean, modern, spacious—and with incredible views looking out at Zoni Beach below, Culebritas, and the US Virgin Islands in the distance to the left. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic week
House is gorgeous -- perfect for beach living with open spaces, everything updated, great kitchen for cooking, spacious bedrooms, and a fantastic pool. A/C in each bedroom and they all work great. Views are intoxicating, and it's a short walk or drive down the hill to Zoni beach. Really amazing place in Culebra.

This was our first time on Culebra and the highlight of our stay was definitely this gorgeous property. Jim was super responsive and helpful and everything about the house was simply perfect. The kitchen is lovely and the outdoor areas are gorgeous. The pool is amazing and wow, the view! We were blown away.

Wonderful Stay On Culebra!
We’ve been traveling to Culebra since we were in college and have stayed all over the island & enjoyed each stay. This home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean & spacious, had gorgeous views in a beautiful hilltop location with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed out time relaxing together at Casa Luar as much or more as any time we’ve ever visited the island. We’ve definitely found our family‘a new favorite!!!!

Amazing View
This house has the most incredible view on the island! It is instantly therapeutic. The house is very clean, beautiful, furnishings comfortable and tasteful and just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches. Jim was terrific and very responsive. We cooked 4 out 7 nights and it was perfect! Our family had an amazing time.

Entire Experience - AMAZING
Thank you Jim for a great trip! The house was amazing and beautiful. We have done multiple trips to Culebra and the place we used to stay no longer rents. This was our first stay at Casa Luar and we will definitely be coming back. The house was beautiful, and the amenities and proximity to the beaches was more than we could ask for. Beautiful house with all necessary amenities. Car is a most in order to get to the beaches, restaurants and any store. Need coins for washer and dryer. Highly recommend the property!

From initial conversations with the owner to our last day at this fabulous home we could not have been happier with results. Home is better that pictures show, the views are stunning, the location is remote and safe. We go to Culebra several times a year and this is our new go to place.

Beautiful Culebra rental
This was our second visit to Puerto Rico and first time to Culebra. The house is the perfect spot to enjoy with family and friends. We were three families, a total of 9, and had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy time together. The kitchen is well equipped (we bought groceries at Milka’s and cooked in one night) bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The large dining table and patio and pool gave us lots of options for places to hang out and play games I highly recommend this lovely house!

Perfect House and Location
We loved this property! We stayed for four days over Christmas 2021. Two parents with three kids 18-24. The house is actually better than the pictures and description. We ate all our meals in the house and it has everything you need in the kitchen. Jim is super responsive from booking to check-in and is there on text or by phone if you have any questions during the stay. The house sits on the top of a hill above Zoni beach. If you wanted to, you could spend your entire stay on the pool deck admiring the view, relaxing, and taking the occasional dip into the pool. We did some of that, but also spent a lot of time on Zoni Beach. It is a really nice, uncrowded beach with decent snorkeling. There is a parking lot and we tended to drive down (2 min drive) as opposed to walk since the hill is pretty steep. Best spots are to the left about 500 feet down from the parking lot. We checked out Flamenco Beach and it is beautiful, but much more crowded and costs $5/person to enter. Worth checking out, but we liked Zoni more. Jerry's was good for the Jeep rental, although they tend to put you on hold forever if you try to call. The grocery by the airport had most everything, but Colmado Milka was better stocked and had meat. D's garden was awesome for veggies and fruit. We travel a lot as a family and Casa Luar was easily in the top 3 places we have stayed. Thanks Jim, we will be back.
