The building has a swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children and al door where you can access to the beautiful beach of fine sand of Los Olivos. It is a beach of 500 meters long by 60 wide and on each side has a breakwater which makes it ideal for families because its calm waters. This beach is frequented by locals and families of Valencia capital and towns of the area. On the sides of the apartment there are two good restaurants where you can enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine, Los Olivos Restaurant and El Chalet Hotel-Restaurant, in both you can be sure that you will taste the best paellas (authentic) and fish from the Cullera fish market. There are small grocery stores, fruit shops, a nearby Consum Supermarket and a Carrefour Hypermarket about 3 kilometers away.
