Ostin juuri tämän kodin, joka oli listattu VRBO: lla ennen 30 + 5-tähden arvosteluilla. Se listautui päivityksiin ja uuden hallinnon alaisena.

Maakodissamme on yhteensä 5 makuuhuonetta ja nukkuu 10 mukavasti. Päätasolla on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa yksi parisänky ja 4 erillistä vuodetta. Alemmalla tasolla on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa 2 queen beds. Suuri päivitetty keittiö päätasolla, johon mahtuu 11 aikuista ja 4 lasta! Alemmalla tasolla on myös erillinen olohuone keittokomeroilla. Täydellinen jaettu mutta vierekkäinen tila 2 perheelle tai suurelle ryhmälle, jotka matkustavat yhdessä. Alemmalla tasolla on myös erillinen toimisto / kuntosali, Golden Tee-kone, foosball-pöytä, painopenkki ja elliptinen kone. Koti on täydellinen loma, jos haluat rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta maassa kaikilla mahdollisilla mukavuuksilla, jotka tarjoavat täydellisen mukavuuden. Like Coming Home…
My Husband and I have spent the last six years renting from VRBO in pre-retirement planning. From Florida, to the Carolina’s, and Alabama.This is the only property that we continue to return to. This was our seventh visit, and we have already planned our fifth visit for Thanksgiving 2025.We feel like Family when we stay with Jorge. He is the most hard working person we have ever met, and yet he is always available and responsive to the smallest of requests.The house is awesome. It is immaculately clean. The kitchen has all we have ever needed. We spend the majority of our time on the back deck, surrounded by nature and quiet. The real crown jewel of this property is the total package. This is country living. Quiet and gentle. Fifteen (15) minutes from infrastructure (Publix & Restaurants). It is an amazing “get-away”.I highly recommend this property.

Great House!
The house was great. The property owner was quick to respond to questions. The pool was fantastic! The neighbor kitty "Sonia" hung out with us on the porch. The house was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. It was home away from home!

Perfect for our family reunion!
This beautiful home was a wonderful spot for our families from different states to gather. Plenty of room for everyone and a terrific amount of outdoor space for the kids to run and play as well as a wonderful private pool for cooling off. Great distance from Ave Maria Grotto as well as Cathedral Caverns for some fun outings. The property manager Jorge was very attentive and quick to respond. We may just have to visit again next year! This home is a gem!

Girls weekend
This was a middle point to meet up with some close friends to lay around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for better weather for the pool. It was a spacious house with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was big and had lots of cooking items when we needed it. We spent a lot of time laughing on the back porch. Great relaxing weekend.

House and property were excellent for us. My son was getting married and there was plenty of room for out of town family to stay. Great kitchen! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating to our needs. Would love to come back!

Relaxing Property for Mini Vacation
We had a group of friends staying for a few days. The home was large enough for all of us to spread out. The pool is wonderful. We used it everyday. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time.

Spacious and Secluded
This is a large beautiful home and lot. The private swimming pool is amazing and very clean. The yard its on is beautiful! We would definitely stay there again. The owner was great ti answer all of our questions quickly and even checked on us after there was a bad storm as well as sending someone to get the storm leaves out of the pool. You will love this home!!!

Awesome Swimming Pool
We had our annual family vacation at this property with our grown kids and young grandkids. There were 12 of us in all and PLENTY of room for everyone for sleeping and for playing games or just hanging out to watch TV or sit and talk. (The 3 little ones slept on couches.) The space was exactly what we needed and the large eat in kitchen was great for dinner time and game nights. Lots of storage and was well stocked. It could use more eating utensils because when you have 12 people, you tend to run out. The house itself was as pictured and the inside was clean. We spent the majority of our time in the large pool that had plenty of shallow space and deep space for all swimmers. We brought our own water volleyball set and had a blast. It is in the country, so there are bugs, but a beautiful view of the Duck River and the surrounding area. Out on the back deck, it's shady and gorgeous as it's surrounded by enormous oak trees. Great stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time and because of the location, it was quality time without distractions of a destination location or city life.

This property is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The deck is great for dining, visiting and games. There is a really nice view from the pool deck. The house and property are laid out well for large groups to spread out. It seems remote but there are stores and restaurants about 15 minutes away by car.

The pool is amazingly clean. We spend the majority of our time on the back deck, surrounded by nature and quiet. The real crown jewel of this property is the total package. This is country living. Quiet and gentle. Fifteen (15) minutes from infrastructure (Publix & Restaurants). It is an amazing “get-away”. I have seen several posts regarding lack of internet access / band-width. During our last visit, we had three (3) people teleworking, using our “hot-spots”, with no issues. When there was a disruption of Sat / wi-fi service, Jorge recommended rebooting the router, which resolved all issues. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Quiet Stay
We had a short but wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The home is large and a perfect spot for kids with toys, games and room to run around in the back. The animals on the adjacent property were a delight as well. The location is up a hill and a bit outside of town, but it’s very quiet. We had an issue one night when some of our group arrived home but accidentally left the house keys with the others about 25 minutes away. The owner was kind enough to come by and open the house for us. It’s the first rental we’ve been to in a while without an electronic lock and only one set of keys so this might be something to upgrade in the future. We weren’t there during swim season, but the fenced pool area looked perfect for a summer stay. This is a great family getaway that I highly recommend, especially to visit the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Family reunion
Property was above par. The owners live next door and are kind as ever. They have friendly cows that let you pet them. The pool was a great relief being summer time and set away from the main house. The house has ample room and configured to accommodate 12 comfortably. The only complaints were that if you like electronics, the cell service is really spotty and the Internet is via satellite so it was not really usable. The owner came to us and said it needed to be repaired so the communication was great. The master bed was really hard which could be great for some but a topper would be great to have as an option. We cooked meals everyday and the only thing that would help out would be a set of big metal bowls to help prepare food. We made everything work but I know as a vrbo owner myself, it’s great to hear what makes your stay better. Our family had a wonderful reunion and look forward to booking this property again. Thank You!

Great layout for families with children. This was our 2nd time using the property and though weather didn't cooperate as much for outside activities, the house was wonderful. We'll back next year.

Everything was great with the home and the pool, it was a pleasant visit. The owner was very helpful as well, my only concern was the internet, it faded often. I'm assuming its possibly due to being further out in the country but nevertheless it could have been better. All in all it was a great home

Lazy Days of Summer
This is a fantastic property. No hassles. No issues. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the deck. House is very comfortable with all the amenities. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our goal was to de-stress and get away from city life. Thank you Jorge for a wonderful place to stay!
