The Loft in Devon is your perfect, country getaway - located on the outskirts of Culmstock, you'll find The Loft at Osmonds Farm. This idyllic, quaint village in Devon boasts the beautiful river Culm running through, you can expect nothing less than a chilled, relaxing time away at The Loft.

A home away from home, the Loft is the perfect base for exploring beautiful scenery and wonderful pubs, cafes, delis & restaurants local to our lovely village.
Culmstock beacon is just an 8min drive, amongst other stunning locations within The Blackdown Hills, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Wellington Monument, Culm Davey woodland, Castle Neroche, Otterhead Lakes, Dumpdon & Hembury Hill Forts and Blackborough Common to name a few stunning locations to explore near to The Loft.

Try out the local deli in Culmstock, 'The Strand Stores' for a bite to eat after a walk, or maybe a hearty breakfast beforehand. The Culm Valley Inn offer beautiful lunchtime & evening meals, located just a 8-10 min walk into the village. Your welcome folder in the Loft includes plenty of wonderful establishments for you to try with all the relevant info needed.

The Loft is a self contained apartment, above the garage at Osmonds Farm. If you fancy a countryside getaway - The Loft is the place! At Osmonds we have our own dogs, chickens, horses and our cat. The Loft is located a stones throw away from the main cottage, which sits surrounded by its own land. Footpaths run through the fields and down to the village of Culmstock or up to the woods nearby. You wont be short of beautiful places to walk!

In The Loft you'll find a kitchenette area with Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and storage space. Leading onto the living room with 2 seater chesterfield sofa, TV and dining table. The bedroom boasts a stunning view of the fields and driveway through a large apex window, with a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Provided:

Parking for 1 car. Space for 2 cars if needed.

Please note this is a smallholding with animals, and sometimes a tractor will go through (machinery wont be used until after 9.30am ). There are stairs leading upto The loft so no wheelchair access.

Wonderful experience!
My husband and I were in Devon for a family wedding and spent 3 nights in the Loft. Zoe and her parents were wonderful hosts and we loved meeting their menagerie of pets. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed. Perfect for a short country getaway.

Perfect place!
My husband and I were in town visiting some friends and needed a place to stay. This was the perfect spot! It was clean and quiet and absolutely stunning! The animals were so great to see and the hosts were so welcoming. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
