Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel. O atendimento, especialmente pela equipe da manhã, foi excepcional, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com uma grande variedade de itens frescos e deliciosos. O preço foi muito bom, considerando a qualidade do serviço e da estrutura. O único ponto negativo foi a falta de ar-condicionado no quarto, o que, dependendo da época, pode ser um desconforto. Além disso, o quarto 209 tinha um barulho considerável vindo da rua, o que atrapalhou um pouco o descanso. Fora isso, não temos o que reclamar e, sem dúvida, recomendaríamos o hotel.

Ruim não recomendo, pois não ha serviço de quarto, o quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dia da minha estadia, o chuveiro não funcionava, a água geladissima, e o quarto não possui armários ou cômodas para guardar seus pertences, teve nas melas e no chão, não recomendo a ninguém.

Barato que sai caro.
Logo que entramos, tinha um cheiro estranho (não necessariamente ruim, só estranho). O banheiro tinha aspecto bem mal cuidado e estava sujo. Estacionamento era muito longe, caro e não podia tirar o carro quando quisesse sem pagar taxas extras. Única coisa que realmente posso elogiar é o café da manhã.

Chegando no hotel a reserva era terrea com maior qualificação me passaram para o terceiro andar tudo bem, porém a cama o edredon de cama estava sujo bem sujo, o chuveiro precisa melhorar a pressão pois dava para contar as gotas, quanto a cordialidade do atendimento e café foi nota 10
