Achei que deixaram a desejar. Meu primeiro quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Tudo bem, isso acontece, mas houve demora na solução. Depois me mandaram pra um quarto em que o ralo do chuveiro empoçava e não havia shampoo no dispenser. Coisas básicas que poderiam e deveriam ser vistas para garantir a comodidade do cliente. O quarto também fica muito suscetível a barulhos de outros hóspedes, além de um compressor que ligava de tempos em tempos. A localização é bem servida de mercados, padaria, etc. Os funcionários são cordiais.

Estadia excelente! Voltaremos com certeza. Hotel extremamente limpo e organizado, com tudo que precisamos. O hotel estava com uma grande demanda nesse final de semana, com vários eventos ao redor e na cidade, mas o atendimento e qualidade dos serviços não deixou a desejar em nenhum momento. Todos os atendentes e funcionários muito cordiais, café da manhã com uma grande variedade e volto a dizer que mesmo com a grande demanda, em nenhum momento faltou nenhum item. Recomendo e muito, aliás minha família recomenda não só este como os hotéis da rede Slavieiro.
