Location is super convenient and easy access to Plaza de Armas. It is a little close to a discoteque, so depending on which room one gets, the noise levels can be a bit high for light sleepers. Staff is exteremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
The hotel is half a block from the Plaza de Armas, the main square, perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs.
The people who work at the hotel are super nice, very friendly, and attentive to the guest's needs; loved staying at Hotel Oblitas Cusco
Property location is very convenient. Close to the Plaza and restaurants. Our room (located in the back of the property) was fine, but our friends was closer to the front of the property and was quite loud. There was a night club nearby with some loud bass. An issue out of the hotel's control. We were far enough to the back we could barely hear, but it was quite loud near the front. Our friends were also close to the common area and had some issues with people being loud at 1-2 a.m. The staff was excellent. For the price, it was decent, but there was some noise issues.

Hotel is in a great location and a great price. Very close to the central square. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Request a room in the back of the hotel. Our room looked out to a central seating area with comfy couches and chairs. This was great to use, but at night other hotel guests used it which made it hard to sleep. Hotel rooms were quite outdated, but beds and bedding were comfortable. The room we stayed in had lots of mold on bathroom ceiling and on shower curtain. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Property is ok...it was incredibly loud though...like too loud to be a hotel it was hard to feel like you had privacy. If someone spoke in the common area you can hear them clearly in your room. Not to mention if they are yelling or checking out early. The room was small. The staff were really great though!!
The reason I have given them the worst score is because they were not at all compassion with me to give me a refund for my booking despite the fact that it was due to Covid 19. All my flights were canceled, I was not able to travel and the hotel did not care I was not able to go and they still charged me for the hotel. I even tried to request a voucher to use in the future, but not even this was offered, I am very disappointed with their attitude and how they handled my situation. NOT considerate at all!!!!!!
The only thing I like was that it was in cuzco but besides that I have nothing good to say. The room was very cold. the room was full of mold. The only gift I bought in lima was an alpaca sweater that I had to throw away after I left in a closet in the room for 2 days in this hotel. The sweater had molds and had a bad smell. it was not worth to take home. The Staff were fine but there are a lot of health concerns in this hotel. The people in hotel were very loud at night not an overall good experience.
