Ehhh, probably not again
This is a decent place in a pinch, but not preferable. The place was clean enough to be passable, but I wouldn't bring a guest. There are no blackout shades, and they leave lights on outside the windows all night. The floors are so creaky that you hear them when other guests walk by. Warm water is available, but not hot, and not at certain times of day. Also be careful about leaving items behind, they may become property of the housekeeping staff.

The staff was excellent and super helpful whenever we had questions. Our room was nice and clean even though it was older and we had 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Most of the tourist sights were within walking distance of the hotel or easily accessible by taxi.

Had a great time here. don't normally spend a lot of time in hotels when traveling but i fell in a nearby restaurant, bumped my head, and had to stay in the hotel for a day before going back out. hotel staff was very helpful and genuinely concerned. they were all so great. This location is excellent in the historical section of Cusco. would definitely stay here again.
