This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. You come off the street, and are in a beautiful open courtyard. The rooms were kept clean and are accurate to the pictures. They have a nice restaurant, game area, bar, and even an Alpaca. There are daily classes that you can participate in. And the included breakfast if delicious. The servers were friendly and worked hard. Next time I go to Cusco, I will be staying here again.

Staff was great, specially at breakfast, Yulisa, Vaneza, Roy and chef Ruben. At dinner time Gregorio! It’s a small hotel located walking distance to plaza de armas, the market and shops!

Beautiful place to stay in Cusco, close to shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night after completing a 4-day hike to Machu Picchu. The check in process could have been better, but we had a comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, breakfast included.

From the first day we arrived at the hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel, well located, comfortable rooms and very good service. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful, particularly the waitresses. Very good, complete and delicious breakfasts. We would gladly return to this hotel again. We highly recommend it..

We did not have a working bathroom. Staff was quick to respond but not to resolve. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby, which was on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great. The hotel held our bags for us when we left to do the Inca Trail hike, provided hot water bottles every night in the beds, and provided a snack when we had to checkout before breakfast time. One thing I will say, make sure you bring ear plugs as the walls are quite thin. Otherwise, 10/10. Great experience!

We had a fun stay at Union Hotel in Cusco. We stayed in the quadruple room, which was very spacious and had comfortable beds. The courtyard was super cute, Kiki the rescued alpaca was adorable, and we had a good dinner at the restaurant. It is out of the hotel's control that there is a bit of street noise and honking at all hours, which is the case for many hotels in Cusco. Breakfast was good but most of their pictures are not representative and look overly glamourous (I suggest updating your photos). The images of breakfast that are more basic are more in line with the experience. Hot breakfast (omelettes, scrambles, etc.) was the best part of their offer. Location was good with just a few blocks to the main square. I would say good value for the price.

We liked the property very much, especially Kiki, the reaisent alpaca. Not having control of the temperature of our room was inconvenient and there were not really enough electrical plugs. The major problem I had was with the bathtub. I considered it somewhat dangerous. It was huge and not easy to climb in and out of. Also with the notice about Cusco’s limited water, I think a shower would be much more appropriate. We loved the restaurant and found it very convenient. Carlota spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The front desk staff and housekeeping also did a great job. We enjoyed our stay and liked the four twins beds since we had two grandkids with us. All in all, I’m glad we stayed there.
