Excellent hotel with the best staff

This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The dragon bridge is in walking distance too. Breakfast was really good with a huge variety of food and something different every morning. The staff were so friendly and this is what we loved most about the hotel. Julia, Cindy and Clara were so chatty and helpful. They made breakfast every morning really enjoyable. Ivy was really helpful and friendly on reception and booked us our driver to Hoi An. We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I always come to this hotel when I visit Da Nang. The staff is incredible. From the lobby to the kitchen, they are welcoming and show exemplary professionalism. This is not the newest hotel but the rooms are very clean with nice amenities. Unlike some hotels in Vietnam, the bedsheets are always changed after each guests and they always smell fresh. The included breakfast is probably one of the best you can find in a hotel in Da Nang. Lots of cold and hot dishes, they even prepare items on demand like pho and eggs. Also, nice variety, including western and vietnamese options. Overall, I strongly recommend Fivitel Boutiqhe Hotel for short or long stays in Da Nang.

Nice and clean hotel. The room is spacious. From the room on 16th floor we can see the beautiful dragon bridge which is only 10-15 minutes away by walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is very good. Services are excellent. Thank you Ivy and all your staffs.

I had the pleasure of meeting With Ivy and Jay on our arrival .They are both amazing!!! All the staff from maintenance to servers, reception desk and the doorman were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet was so good with lots of choices to choose from -soup and egg station where it was cooked to your request. There were also selections of cakes breads local fruits and many more . I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection of food was plentiful. It is my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next visit in Da Nang. First of all, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the staff of this hotel is. From the doorman to the lovely receptionists, the cleaning team to the professional and attentive ladies working in the buffet restaurant. Everyone is always ready to help you, answer your questions, and they go beyond and above to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a beautiful lobby, the restaurant is classy and the food options at the buffet for breakfast are varied, fresh and delicious. There is also a nice pool, a bar and a good gym on the last floor. The rooms are clean, the AC is efficient and the beds are very comfortable. A bit more of storage space would be welcomed but it wasn't a problem during my short stays. Overall, if you don't mind staying a bit far from the beach (it's about a 10 minutes drive and you need to cross the Dragon Bridge), I would strongly recommend to stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Da Nang. It's in a very calm area and you can walk to several small restaurants and other commercial streets. Also, the service I got from all the staff is the best I got in Vietnam.
