It was a beautiful little hotel, my balcony overlook the river, the staff were amazing. Everybody was wonderful. My favourite people, breakfast is fabulous with a large variety to choose from. I didn’t go swimming in the pool because the weather conditions were unfavorable, but this hotel, I highly recommend and it it’s in a wonderful area with a beautiful view.

This hotel comes highly recommended. All of the staff were do helpful, always greeted us by name and anything we needed help with they were able to assist. The hotel itself was cute and very cosy. Easy walk from old town or bicycle ride from the beach. We came in the pouring rain and they helped us feel warm and welcomed. We would love to come back to Hoi An and if we do we will be staying here. We had some cocktails and breakfasts and lunches here which were served quickly and beautifully presented. Will be telling my family and friends to stay here without a doubt

4 nights at the Lantana was superb. Lisa, Anna and team so helpful. Beautiful view across the river with rooms well appointed and large king bed. Breakfast included was excellent. Lovely pool. Transport shuttle to the ancient town. But can walk in 20 mins. I would say this was a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is a 20 min walk, or 10 minute cycle along the river to the Ancient Quarter of Hoi an. We were happy to stay 3 nights. We recommend and will stay again.

The hotel is in a great quiet location, but also has lots of restaurants and convenience stores within the area. To head into the hustle and bustle of Hoi An its only a nice 20min walk (or 5 min bike ride on a hotel bike). The hotel staff are extremly welcoming and caring, providing lots of reccomendations for restaurants, activities and shops (which were all spot on). The staff will also happily pre book you show tickets, tours and taxis/transport. What also really impressed us is that they remember your name and are always genuinly interested in how your your day was, what did you do and is there anything they can help you with.

Lovely hotel on the river in Hoi An

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located on the river. Easy walk or cycle to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, night markets etc. Breakfast included is tasty and includes many Western and Asian options. The staff are wonderful and helpful and very eager to please. Very happy with our stay at Lantana Riverside.

1) Manager, Ms Mile Nguyen was most helpful & attentive. Also knowledge 2) Property is quiet & peaceful but off the beaten path, thus have to cab it each time. However hotel staff will always call cab, very inexpensive & quick. All restaurants are around/inside the night market. Plenty of cabs around back to hotel. Each way is only 5mins & cost between VND30,000-60,000 ( which is really insignificant) 4) Massage /Spa services could be better

I highly recommend this wonderful Hotel! The staff went above expectations and made us feel so very comfortable. The location is excellent and we enjoyed riding bicycles along the river into the market. It is also very close to the Memories show, which is a great night out. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. This is a wonderful hotel for singles, couples and families! But above all, the staff are what makes this hotel perfect. In particular, we appreciated Thuy and Mile for such wonderful service. We will be back!!

This hotel was a nice stay for our family. The pool was small but we had fun playing games. The spa was lovely and so convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and we even ate dinner here too. The happy hour was an added bonus. Being able to rent the bikes and tour Hoi An was perfect for the kids.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The riverside location is more challenging to get to for cars/taxis but would be great if you want to walk or rent bicycles. Further from the tourist area so its nice and quiet.
