시설은 아주 깨끗합니다. 조식은 기대하면 안됩니다. 컵라면이 조식. 장봐서 해먹고나 사먹으세요. 방음이 취약해서 예민하신분들은 잠못잡니다. 밤새 피리부는 인간에 옆집 티비소리에 방문 여닫는소리 등등.
