Nestled on 8 acres a few miles north of town, The Barn is perfect for small families or a romantic getaway. Situated adjacent to Three Sisters Mountain in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it's just minutes from all of the fun stuff in and around Dahlonega.

Whether it’s fireflies in the summertime, colorful foliage in the fall, fireside stargazing in the winter or the springtime bloom, you have all the makings of a great vacation right here, no matter the season! Curl up next to the cozy gas log fireplace or take in the incredible mountain views on the balcony. Make snacks for the kids or prepare a celebratory meal to mark a special occasion in the spacious kitchen.

Inside you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and a TV. There are also 2 rollaway single beds that can be set up anywhere you’d like. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, family room with TV, gas log fireplace, balcony, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The Barn comes stocked with all of the essentials including linens, towels, soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, cookware, dining ware, coffee maker (with free coffee, creamer and sugar), outdoor BBQ grill, free WiFi, live TV and variety of games to play.

Step outside and enjoy the covered patio with hot tub or sit by the firepit overlooking the mountains. The property borders 2,000+ acres of national forest to explore. Nearby activities include Wineries, Dahlonega Square, Gold Mines, Waterfalls, River Rafting/Tubing, Scenic Drives, Hiking, Biking, Off-Roading, Fishing, Kayaking, spelunking and more.

Unobstructed Views, Private & Comfortable...
From start to finish, this barn-top stay is simple but loaded with quality features and finishes. The automatic gas fireplace and substantial HVAC system tempered the icy cold nights. The hot tub on the bottom floor outside was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property and the communication from the owners is top shelf.

This place is truly a “paradise on the mountain.” Deck was amazing, hot tub awesome! Keurig with coffees provided. Fireplace was so cool! Kitchen the best!! Blankets, ice makers, the whole place is the best we have ever stayed at. You nailed it completely! Best host and hostess. Thanks.

Everything about property was absolutely perfect and it is obvious the hosts care about the small details. The house was very clean and very well stocked (coffee, cooking items, etc.), the beds and other furniture was very comfortable, high quality towels/ linens. Comfort you usually do not get with vacation rentals. Thank you to the hosts for caring and allowing us to have such a care free stay

We stayed a week at this property and loved every minute. The views are just incredible! So many deer to watch right in the yard every evening. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of wineries within minutes to enjoy as well. I can’t wait to plan my next trip.

Amazing Trip
The Barn is incredible! The views on the property are amazing, pictures in the listing don’t do them justice! The cabin is great! Clean, well organized and equipped, and also super close to all the things to do in Dahlonega but not too close that you feel crowded by other tourists. It’s like it’s own mountain oasis. The hosts were amazing! Communication was great and they were super accommodating for my little family. We had an amazing trip over all to Dahlonega and The Barn was our favorite part! We hope to stay again!

Beautiful and well appointed
What a gorgeous view when you first come up the mountain! The barn sits next to the big house but far enough away that you have privacy. It’s very beautifully done high-quality throughout. The kitchen is ginormous. They definitely take their coffee drinkers seriously! Both Bathrooms are well stocked. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. pretty much nything you need for your stay. It is also immaculate. Very, very clean and well maintained. There are steps leading up to the living area. And the driveway is a little steep. So if you have mobility issues, sadly, this would not be the place for you. However, it is a lovely property. There are multiple wineries nearby to visit, downtown Dahlonega for meals or shopping. We had a nice girls getaway, but this would be fine for a small family or a couple as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wanted to see the area.

What a great property! Beautiful view, great location and provided everything you need for an enjoyable trip. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. And outdoor space is perfect! Only negative is the super winding road to get there, but it is the mountains so that's to be expected. negative is the super windy

The VIEWS!
Short weekend getaway to visit Dahlonega and the wineries. This place did not disappoint. It was so cute! Large balcony for morning coffee and evening sunset. Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All you need to do is show up with your groceries and your suitcase!

Amazing place!
Celebrated my birthday weekend here and found the place to be even better than expected. It is clean, comfortable, very well appointed, and in a great location to enjoy wineries and downtown Dahlonega. The views are stunning and, while we did not use the hot tub, it also offers a private area with gorgeous mountain views. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. They have also been very thoughtful in providing tons of little “extras” such as coffee, backup paper towels, soap, shampoo, books, games, blankets, etc. They are indeed super hosts!

Beautiful Cabin
Our stay at the cabin was fantastic! We were a wedding party who rented the "big house" as well as the cabin. The groomsmen got ready for the wedding in the cabin while the bridesmaids used the big house. The cabin was large and roomy, and the hosts provided coffee and snacks, which is always a nice treat. The cabin is well equipped and the views are fantastic. The cabin does seem much larger in person than it does in photos. The hosts were so polite and easy to communicate with. We can not wait to make our trip to Dahlonega an annual trip and make more memories in the cabin.

Peaceful retreat
We very much enjoyed spending our 7th wedding anniversary at the Barn. It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. The views are million dollar. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and watched the deer come out in the open area below the balcony for breakfast. The evening stars were so bright! The Barn was a perfect peaceful retreat.

Great weekend!
We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. It was decorated for Christmas and very cozy! If we come back to Dahlonega we would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful with early check in and restaurant recommendations.
