Located on a quiet, paved road in the heart of North Georgia wine country, Boho Mountain Escape has it all with both stunning mountain views and serene waterfront.
The primary bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed and its own bathroom.
The lower level features two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a living room and bathroom between (with a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room).
Hike down to the waterfront for some fishing or swimming, as this property is right on the Chestatee River: there is a deep fishing hole just off the bank. The Chestatee is a Trophy Trout River, so bring your fishing gear and make some memories!

Property Notes:
- It is quite a hike down to the river. There are a series of switchbacks, totaling about 350 feet of trails and stairs. We think it's worth the journey, but it's not for the faint of heart, and you won't be able to bring a kayak or canoe down (tubing/swimming/fishing - no problem).
- The garage area is for laundry only and is not set up for guest parking.
- There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. No trailers, campers or RV's without approval.
- The woodstove is available for use but is difficult to get a fire started in, so use is not recommended.
- The basement is heated and cooled by a ductless unit in the living room. There is also an electric fireplace in the downstairs living area.
- There is a pullout couch in the living room downstairs for additional sleeping.
