Just What We Wanted
It was very comfortable for us.Communication with the property manager was good, especially with our late check-in, we had no problems.Someone else mentioned the living room ceiling; yes, you can tell work was done, but they did not leave an open hole, it is close up.The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope it is available the next time we visit our family.

Great Stay
Had a group of 6 girls for a weekend and was is a perfect location to the stadium. Plenty of spots for sleep, great outdoor seating, & safe locks. The host is very easy to communicate with and understanding. If you plan of cooking during you stay bring you own aluminum foil!

Poor communication
I was not given any information about check in before arriving to the location. When at the location, I had no access code to get into the door. The owner wasn’t answering messages or phone calls. I was outside the location for 45 minutes and on the phone with vrbo for 35 minutes before they got an access code for me. Not at all an ideal situation and thank goodness vrbo was able to help us out otherwise the owner didn’t contact us until later that night about check in instructions

Nice location for stadium events
The house was a comfortable place for our group. We were attending events at Choctaw Stadium and this was a terrific location. I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process as we did not receive the information until 3 hours prior to our check-in time. We were meeting friends and we were not all arriving at the same time so this was a bit inconvenient.

My family and I were in town to enjoy some family fun throughout the Dallas Metroplex. This hidden gem was the greatest stay for us. There were enough rooms for us all to relax, after hours of fun in The Texas Sun!

Walking distance to AT&T Stadium, but......
This is an old house, I get it. But this house has soooo much potential to be such a great place to stay. The interior of this house needs a lot of work. The ceiling in places is coming down, there is a hole in the living room floor that was cut out and reset. The bathrooms were re-done but looks like someone just watch YouTube to get it done. The back yard is big but useless and uninviting. Would I stay here again. Yes. But only because I can walk to AT&T stadium. I hope they fix these couple things before next year. It would make it much more enjoyable.

Don't rent this in the summer
The location was great and that's about the only thing great. None of the doors close properly, the back door is splitting and there are 2 wasp nest on a window frame by the back door. The AC is either in need of repair, the house needs a bigger one, or they need to replace the windows. No matter what you set the AC on it doesn't get below 77 until about 1am then by 8 am it's back up to 77 again. The garbage disposal and dishwasher smell like a spoiled dish cloth. There are cracks in the walls and ceiling. You get a ton of emails and texts before you check in but no one responds back to either email or text. The washer only washes on hot even on the delicate setting. Neither bathroom has a vent in it so it is super hot in the summer and I would imagine its freezing in the winter. There are a lot of uneven surfaces as well which was trying for my elderly father in love who was with us. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this one was very disappointing. We will not rent from this company again.

Location was great , close to everything. Neighborhood itself a little sketchy. Definitely older homes. The neighbor on one side super friendly married couple. The neighbor on the other side questionable. He literally was outside on the porch every single day..all day with several male companions. If your just females, this can be very uncomfortable. So the house itself is cozy. Sofas not comfortable but the beds were fine. The porch had cans and trash hiding in the bushes. The rooms were good sizes. The bedroom behind the kitchen was poor seems as if it was once a garage . It had poor ventilation and remained stuffy the whole stay. The portable air conditioner did not work. This room should be for storage only, not comfortable. My sister did not lock her car door one night and her car was vandalized on the inside and they stole a package out of it. No cameras on the property. They do have fake cameras on the outside of the home. That didn’t help us any. Overall it was ok.

Overall enjoyable but did have hiccups
Walking distance to Cowboy's Stadium. Had trouble with 3 smoke alarms beeping. Not sure if batteries were dead or if the batteries weren't staying in all of the way and therefore they would beep like they were dead. Told the owner, but nothing was done. Had to throw away a bag of donuts b/c ants were in them and then saw the trail from the door to the counter. Owner did offer to spray but we didn't want to be around the spray. Just kept food off of the counter going forward. No extra trash bags in kitchen. Told owner but nothing was done until I asked a few times. Ended up putting trash in outside receptacles b/c they did have extra liners. There were cigarette ashes in outside ash trays when we arrived. I cleaned them up so we didn't get charged for them since that was on the check-out sheet. Someone else's bags of trash were by outside patio when we got there. Overall it was fine and we enjoyed our time together.
