False Advertising & No Reply
We couldn’t be more disappointed. Our group of 4 adults from 3 separate households rented a home advertised on VRBO as a 3 bed/3bath house. Upon arrival, we noted the steps leading to the front door were in disrepair and frankly treacherous (one adult guest nearly fell to the ground). Then once inside the house, we notice significant wall cracks, rust covering the front of the fridge, hair on the shower wall, animal hair and dirt clumps on the main bedroom chair, rusted ceiling panel literally falling into the second shower, holes in the wall around the main shower piping (causing the piping to slide in and out of the wall) and more disrepair, non-sanitary appearing conditions. Worse of all, the house only had TWO bathrooms. This was clearly falsely advertised and was a true deal-breaker to our guests. When we contacted the host, a prompt reply simply says “I’m sorry” and “I’ll look into it”. Nonetheless we were stuck there due to arriving late in the evening and paying in full and advance as required by the contract that was completely non-refundable at this point. We reached out to PMI Big Tex Who manage this property. After 2 phone calls and one electronic submission thru PMI Big Tex’s website over the last week - NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. In full transparency, we explained the above and asked for a partial refund given the significant discomfort our guests experienced because of not having the 3 bathrooms we paid for. Please use caution in dealing with this company.

The worst experience we have had with VBRO
On check in I parked in the rear and I noticed the trash was overflowing the both trash cans. I walked around the side of the house to enter the front door with the cipher lock, it was much like walking a mine field for all the dog poop I ended up picking up before I let my dogs loose in the dirt yard. Yes, Dog friendly in the description meant little grass and mostly mud. Which we spent the week we stayed there cleaning up from everywhere. On first impressions the house was OK. Not spectacular but OK. My daughter who lives in Dallas stayed with us. On the second day My wife was cooking and to her surprise she opened up a drawer and was greeted by what appeared to be a live roach in the drawer next to the stove (another dead one was found in the living room near the fireplace). If it had been just those 2 bugs, I would have left this at its, Texas, oh well. On day 5 of a 6 day stay my daughter woke up to what appeared to be a rash all over her back, chest and legs, from what looked like bedbugs in the back queen Bed room. The house condition on looking closer appeared to be rundown with a paint face lift. The furniture was well used and dirty, walls were cracked and patched half assed. The master bath was blessed with cracks in the celling along the shower walls with mold in the cracks. The fixtures were old and loose in the wall. We had to check the dishes as we used them some were put away dirty. They left us a broom, dustpan and vacuum, no mop. We were also s

Garland Eclipse Getaway
We were planning to bring our family of 5, but the kids were busy. The house was perfect for just the 2 of us for a quick 3 night stay. I wish a little more detail was paid to smaller details and supplies. The broom was broken, the mop had no solution or extra pads. When we took the trash out we couldn’t find any trash bags. And I pulled out the couch to sweep when I noticed it was dirty underneath. I found pieces of the chess set from the coffee table, old chapstick and an empty can of pepper spray. Maybe I’m being extra picky but these things matter to me. Having said all that, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Garland!

Bedroom Neighborhood
When I first pulled up to the house, I thought what no driveway? There were vehicles parked all up and down the street. I circled the block to discover that there was an alley in the back of the house that would accommodate my Yukon and my friend's midsize SUV. Everything is as the photos show. Cute place and a very quiet bedroom neighborhood.

Review of 2502 High Hollow Dr.
The size of the property is sufficient for our family's size. The following are the problems which I encountered: 1) the ventilation vents in the bathrooms are dirty 2) there was dried food on some of the dishes. We had to wash them all before using 3) a fry pan had dried-on egg 4) the vacuum cleaner supplied was not sufficient for us to vacuum more often 5) the dining table was perfect but the chairs (stools) are not comfortable at all.
